Byakuya entered Nagito's room as he saw him watching television while playing with his toy. It was spring season, and that meant pollen, and a lot of it. He sighed in relief when he saw that Nagito was still in a healthy state before approaching him.
"How are you doing, Nagito" Byakuya asked slowly as Nagito gave him a small smile, "Okay"
Byakuya nodded before his attention landed on Nagito's toy dog, "What's your buddy's name, Nagito?" He asked as Nagito blinked once or twice before looling down on it.
"Hope..." Nagito calmly said as Byakuya's brow perked up, "Hope...?" He questioned feeling puzzled. "Dad said he's Hope before bye-bye" Nagito answered vaguely as Byakuya gsve a small hum.
"Don't you think he deserves a better name?" Byakuya suggested as he poked Nagito's cheek. Nagito meekly nodded before he started to think hard.
"Hope......" He mumbled as Byakuya quietly said, "Nagito, You just repeated his old name....." But Nagito paid no attention on him as he continued, "Bagel"
"what.....?" Byakuya blurted out as Nagito gave him an innocent closed eyes smile while hugging his toy, "Name is Hope Bagel!"
Byakuya was quiet for a moment before he chuckled, "Okay, His name is Hope Bagel"
