Petra's POV

This morning wasn't my morning. The minute I got up from my bed I felt this queasy feeling in my stomach that sent me directly to bathroom

I hung my head over the toilet bowl and regurgitated this weird green substance into the toilet making the clear water immediately change color. I felt a whole lot better until that same feeling packed my stomach once more then again the same colored liquid travelled up my throat and splattered out of my mouth

It was difficult to breath since every second I kept vomiting over and over again. What was wrong with me? Was it something I ate?

Finally, after at least 15 minutes of throwing up, the uneasy condition of my tummy had gone away and I flushed down all the icky goo that fled from my mouth

"Eww I think some of it had gotten into my hair"

End of Petra's POV

The women with strawberry blonde hair departured the restroom and leisurely walked back to the comfort of her room where she fell onto to her bed feeling unbelievably exhausted as if she ran a hundred mile marathon even though she had a full 8 hours of sleep. She daydreamed of levi for awhile before falling back asleep

Petra's POV

I woke from the serenity of my nap but it was strange, I didn't exactly wake up in my bed nor my room but in a field surround by several colored flowers that were beginning to bloom

"Petra you're here" a familiar voice said

I quickly turned around only to catch Levi's face looking back at me. We were at a distance not too far and not too close but I couldn't help myself. I rapidly ran to him and he did the same until we were close enough that we could touch each other just by extending our arms.

Levi embraced me with a vigorous hug and picked me up then spun me around a couple times till he got dizzy and steadily put both of us on the soft green grass

"Petra I love you so much, please believe me" he spilled the kind and loving words out of his mouth

"I love you too Levi, I believe you" I truthfully replied

"I know you do, just promise me one thing"

"Anything"

"Promise me that you'll never leave my side"

His eyes were glistening in the sun and the balmy temperature made the setting more soothing

"I promise with all my heart Levi, I will never leave your side not in a million years not ever" I raised my voice to show that I was serious

"Petra you're the best thing that has ever happened to me"

He looked into my eyes and leaned closer to my lips. The sensation in my body was like an explosion. It had been a long time since I felt the warmth of Levi's lip. We were only centimeters away from our faces and--

*knock-knock*

I shot up from my bed as quick as I could from the abrupt knock. I respire sharply and realized it was only a dream

*Knock-knock*

The noise opened my ears 'could it be Levi? please let it be him' I thought

I hurried to open the door without a moment to waste only to see Auruo standing behind the threshold

End of Petra's POV

"What's up Petra" the man said

"Oh...Its you" her voice sounded dim

"Yea, I just came to wake you up because you're late for training. Captain Levi sent me to come and get you, and see if you were ok." he proclaimed

"Did I sleep that long?!" she rapidly went back and forth, rummaging through her drawers in search of her uniform then looked at her clock

"9:03!? How is this possible, I've never been late for a single day of training!"

Levi's POV

I woke up in the comfort of my bed but it seemed different because Petra wasn't at my side. It had been around 2 months since she stepped foot into my room. I could smell the scent of her hair that lingered in my pillow. It smelled like freshly cut roses

I got up from my bed and dressed into my uniform until I was suddenly interrupted, as I was tucking in the handkerchief that went in the middle of my collar bone I heard the creak of the floorboard, it sounded like somebody running through the hallway. I quickly walked towards the door, turned it then poked out my head only hear the door slam to the bathroom

'Someone must needed to take a shit badly' I thought until I heard the sound of someone vomiting continuously

"Now who could that be?" I softly whispered with a puzzled look on my face

About 15 minutes later after listening to the sickening noise, I finally saw who was making it. I couldn't believe it, it was Petra and she had a drowsy/irritated look on her face. Was she that sick?

I tried not to worry about her too much, maybe it's just a bug, it'll go away soon.

I finished cladding myself into my uniform then strolled out of my room and headed to the training but before I did, right when I passed Petra's door, I stopped.

It was so hard not being able to be by her side anymore. Petra was the perk of my day, even being in the hands of a titan couldn't make my heart beat faster than when she just look at me. She was the only thing I cared about in this cruel, titan filled world.

I didn't want it to be like Farlan an Isabel, I didn't want to loose anymore people I love...

End of Levi's POV

As Levi concentrated his thoughts on Petra and the expedition that would take place in a week, he had no idea what would happen to her outside the walls. She'd only gone out in titan territory once but...

'No one knows how it'll turn out this time' he thought then turned to Petra's bedroom door to face it

"Petra please....promise me that you'll never leave my side" he quietly spoke, while putting his palm on the door " I love you"

He knew she was asleep but said it anyway until abruptly he heard some response, it was inaudible so he couldn't make out what she said then realized, she must have been talking in her sleep

He then left off thinking about Petra, not noticing someone was watching him.
