Zack Young:
Lunch just started so the whole canteen was filled with noisy and happy students who were in need of a break, while I was sitting in a corner on the ground whipping my nose with the tissue Aria gave me a few days ago. It was clear that I was getting sick now and it was a wonder that father hasn't been looking for me yet. He didn't even look at me when I went home that day, almost like he didn't care that I am back home again. Maybe because I am not worthy of his time, maybe he finally had enough of me and he would send me to Korea. I look up at the ceiling, hoping that I won't get sick because that would mean staying home since it's Friday and if I get sick now I can't escape this dysfunctional family like I normally do. It's not like I have any friends where I can crash at for a few days, I had a friend but I screwed this up and I could have even made a female friend but my feelings and pride got the best of me pushing her away. After that day she kept quiet in our remaining classes, not talking or asking me anything. It's for the best because I would have probably done something stupid if she did talk to me. I finally got what I wanted, her to leave me alone. Although I had to admit that I felt a little lonely that she wasn't bugging me anymore, however she wasn't lonely since she made friends.

Back to my original problem, being sick sucks. I don't want to ditch school - which every other student would love to do - because that would mean staying home. Staying home means being alone with that woman since Grey is at school and will probably hang out with his loser friends while 'checking out chickies', and father would be working.

"This cannot be happening to me, not now" I complained.

"What cannot happen to you, not now" a deep raspy voice asked.

I knew the owner of that voice all too well and I hoped that I wouldn't hear it for a while. After the night I slept on the roof he was nice to me for like fifteen minutes but that didn't take long before he fell back into his old patterns. He was teasing me every day and I tried my hardest to ignore him, which actually worked since I didn't receive any detention for screaming or walking out of classrooms. Life was actually nice for a change, well except for having an idiot brother and catching a cold.

"Why are you here? Please leave me alone" I asked.

Suddenly I felt really cold while I felt beats of sweat from my forehead fall down my face. It felt like my body was shaking as if I was nervous for something big that would be happening soon, although there's nothing exciting or worthy of being nervous for. I close my eyes for a minute until I feel a hand touch my forehead.

"Bro you are burning up, I didn't know fevers spread so fast through a body like yours" Grey says. "You need to go home".

I hit his hand away. Why doesn't he understand that I don't want to go home and be with that woman.

"No I'm o.k." I mumble softly.

A frown forms on Greys forehead indicating that he is not done with me yet, he will not let this go until I admit to him that I don't feel good and need to go home. But he will never hear those words coming out of my mouth. I refuse to tell him that I wasn't feeling well, that I was in fact burning up. He has to be a better brother to me before I actually tell him what's bothering me.

"Zack, listen you are not well. If you can stand up then I will have enough prove of you being well".

A groan left my mouth, from both the fever and his request. Trying to show him that I am well I try to stand up and slowly walk away from him.
