"SHUT UP." I screamed at the girl in front of me as I hit her.

I was forcefully pulled off her and restrained but it didn't stop the abuse coming out of my mouth.

"What on earth do you think you're doing Sophie." Miss Granger yelled.

I was dragged into the headteachers office and sat on a chair.

I could feel tears pouring down my cheeks but tried to ignore them.

"This is getting ridiculous, Sophie." my headteacher spoke in a frustrated tone as he rubbed his temples.

I didn't say a word, I couldn't find any words to say.

"I've called your parents, Demi is on her way." he informed me.

Demi was so much worse than my parents, "no please." I begged.

"You've gotten yourself into this mess, when are you going to take responsibility for your actions?"

I slumped down into my chair as I waited for Demi to arrive.

When she did it was a less than pleasant sight. I could practically see the steam coming out of her ears.

"Get up now. Get in the car." She instructed me.

I went to the car and waited for her whilst she spoke to my teachers.

That bitch I hit deserved it, she had been staring at me all day and when I called her out on it she starting calling me names.

Demi came and sat in the car, clamming the door. She didn't look at me, she just drove.

When we got home she still hasn't spoken to me. We made our way into the house, I began making my way upstairs when Demi spoke.

"I want your phone, laptop, iPad and any other crap you have down here in ten minutes."

I wasn't in the mood to argue with her so I obliged.

"Why did you do it?" She asked speaking softer now.

"She was staring at me. When I asked her why she started yelling things at me. My head was going crazy I just..."

She nodded understanding, the voices. She got it too sometimes, it's hard to control, you normally do impulsive things.

"Mom and dad are pissed. I'll talk to them and take a bit of the heat off."

I nodded, "thanks."

"You have to try and behave. Mom and dad don't understand how your head works, they know you can't help it but they think you are acting out on purpose."

My parents had told me they didn't understand, I couldn't explain how my head worked, just any little little thing set my mania off.

"SOPHIE." my dad yelled as he walked through the door.

I walked into his view with my head down, ashamed.

"Again?" He asked.

I didn't reply, I just looked to Demi for help.

"They got into her head, she didn't mean to." Demi explained to them.

"She still got suspended Demetria." my dad argued back.

"I'm sorry." I choked out as I began to cry.

"You have nothing to apologise to me for." my dad said bluntly as he left the room.

"Go to your room." my mom instructed.

I did as she said, I was a mess. I hate my head. I hate how much trouble the voices get me into.
