It was Thursday. It had been a week and Integra was still angry with George. She was walking through the house alone, when it suddenly dawned on her. Seras and Alucard were asleep. Walter was in his room, resting and reading. He was officially retired now and Jon did his job; except Jon wasn't here, so who was looking after George during the daylight hours.

Integra went to the basement and opened George's cell. George looked up, as Integra entered her cell. Integra looked down at George. George looked like she had been in prison for years. Her clothes were dirty and her eyes looked sullen.

"George, you could at least take a bath." Integra sighed heavily, as she looked George over.

"And then put on the same clothes?" George smirked, and pulled at her filthy shirt.

"Ah, Walter brought your meals and a change of clothes." Integra shook her head. Not at George, but at herself. Why haven't I checked on her before this? What kind of mother am I? Well, she did piss you off. Not excuse. Look at her.

"And homework and books to read." Suddenly, George's stomach made growling noises. "And food to eat."

"Don't tell me you haven't eaten for a week?" asked Integra.  She knelt before George and looked at her. "You must be starving?"

"Considerate fasting for my sins." joked George, with a weak smile.

"Well, Walter's retired now and Jon does his job during the day. Only Jon's not here anymore, is he?" said Integra, inadvertently reminding George of her sins.

"Walter's job is mine." George told her. "I am his heir."

"And you're a poor heir, George. Your behavior is completely unacceptable." scolded Integra. Now remembering why she was so angry with George.

George said nothing. She just lowered her head in shame. She was right, Walter wouldn't act this way.

"Wait a minute; you haven't been going to school either, have you?" Integra's eyebrows shot up as she just now realized that.

"There is no warden to keep me, or to release me."George informed her with a sigh. "I eat only when Seras wakes up."

"I guess that makes me your daytime guardian." Integra chuckled at her.

"As you have always been." smirked George.

Integra looked at George. She was laughing at her. Integra could tell. Walter was right. George was too much like Alucard. "Walter was right. I have been too lenient with you and you must be punished."

"I thought that this was my punishment." George looked at her curiously.

"And yet you didn't learn the first time." Integra stood up and turned to leave. "There is only one way to punish you George and I should have done this in the first place."

Integra walked off and closed the door. She didn't bother locking it, she knew George wouldn't leave. Instead, she walked two halls down and one hall over. There she opened the door to the coffin room. She chose one and dragged it down the halls to George's cell. This time, when Integra opened the door, George's face went white with fear, when she saw what Integra was bringing into her cell.

"No, sir! Please don't!" begged George, on her knees. "I swear I'll be good! You have my word of honor! I swear! Please sir! Mother, don't!"

George scrambled away from her and tried to hide under her wired framed bed, but Integra just dragged her out. She dragged her towards the open coffin, George fighting her all the way.
