"Why are you guys staring at me?" Keefe slowly stalks towards Sophie and Fitz.
Sophie blinks and drops her smile. "I, uh-"
Fitz wraps his arm around Sophie's shoulders. "Because you're an idiot."
Keefe glares at Fitz before he smiles. "That explains it."
Sophie and Keefe stare at each other before Fitz speaks up. "You guys haven't met before, have you?"
Glancing over at Fitz, Sophie shakes her head.
"Sophie this is Keefe. Keefe, Sophie."
Keefe holds out his hand and smirks. "Nice to meet you."
Sophie hesitates before she puts her hand in his. Once she does, a buzz of electricity shoots through their hands. Sophie and Keefe stiffen.
"Did you-" Sophie starts.
"Yeah."
"What?" Fitz buts in. He finally had removed his arm from Sophie's shoulders.
Sophie jerks her hand away. "Nothing."
Fitz raises his eyebrow.
"It's nothing." Sophie stands up as the coach calls the end of practice.
Sophie runs from the bleachers and joins her team's huddle.
Fitz and Keefe stand up. "Dude, what just happened?"
"Nothing," Keefe tells him as he walks away.
