Richie's POV
I walked with the Kaspbrak's over to their house quietly. I didn't want to interrupt the comfortable silence that had fallen over the Kaspbrak family.
Once we reached the house Eddie slipped off his shoes and waited for me to do the same. I followed his actions quickly and stood next to him.
"So, my room is upstairs and down the hall. Just follow me." Eddie said, smiling warmly.
We walked up the stairs, Eddie walking with his tiny hands gripping onto the railing like it was his life line.
"Your room is so nice." I say, in awe looking around slowly.
The walls were a baby blue, there was a bed with a white wooden frame, white shelf full of books and DVDS, a white dresser with a black mounted TV hanging above it, and a baby blue rug hugging closely to the bed.
The room was a decent size and everything was neatly placed, everything having it's own little space.
"Yours was too. And your mommy was so nice." Eddie said, a smile plastered on his face.
"Thanks, your mom seems cool. Hey, my dad and I used to go to the park and play catch before we moved here, to Derry, are there any parks around?" I ask curiously, tilting my head a little.
"Yeah, daddy takes me there and pushes me on the swings. We have to drive for miles to get there though." Eddie shrugged.
"Cool." I said, nodding my head.
"Yep, so, we've got movies we could watch. Ooo, what about a spooky one? The Nightmare before Christmas?" Eddie said, waving a movie case back and forth in front of me.
"Yes! Spooky movies are my favorite! Have you ever seen The Corpse Bride?" I ask enthusiastically.
Eddie simply shook his head, "no, is it gooder than this?" He asked, pointing to the movie in his hand.
I tried to think quickly only to find myself coming back to the same thought, "they're both really good." I state with a smile.
"Maybe we could watch them both." Eddie said with a shrug.
I nodded happily, "that sounds fun."
Eddie walked to the top if the stairs and called to his mom, "Richie and I are watching some movies, can you bring us popcorn and-" Eddie stopped and turned to Richie asking quietly, "what do you want to drink?"
"Anything, doesn't matter to me." I said, smiling.
Eddie nodded before continuing to call to his mom, "and some juice!?"
I could hear a light chuckle from Sonia downstairs, "of course, I'll be up in a minute!" She replied.
Eddie and I giggled running back into his room, "should we change into our pjs?" Eddie asked, "you know, just so we're comfy."
I nodded, "sure."
I walked over to my bag and sifted through it finding my Spiderman pajamas and changing quickly. I turn around and smile seeing Eddie in a Stitch onesie.
"I like your pajamas, I'm going to call you Stitch." I say, playing with the ears on the hood.
Eddie scrunched his nose smiling, "then I'm call you Spidey."
I chuckled, "whatever you say."
Eddie lazily rolled his eyes, "come on." He said crawling on his bed and tapping the spot next to him.
