"Shub, I need an answer from you." I said after everyone left.

"What is it baby?" He asked politely.

"Do you still love me?" I asked him nervously.

"I really do, a lot." He answered while looking deeply in my eyes.

"I've loved you, always, all my life." He added gripping tightly on my waist.

"I thought you're over me, cause none of your friends knew about me." I nearly whispered.

"Talking about you reminded me of us breaking up that's why I never did so. Maine tumhe contact karne ki bhi bohat koshish ki par tumne mera number aur saare social media handles block kardiye the. After that, I didn't like discussing things about us with anyone." He elucidated gloomily.

"I'm so sorry Shub." I replied with watery eyes.

I hung my arm around his neck and kissed him back. This moment feels like the best moment of my life.

"What about you? Do you love me?" Shubman asked me with a grin since he knows the answer already.

"Didn't you get an answer already?" I asked in response.

"No?" He sounded interrogative. I know he's trying to irritate me.

"As if I go around kissing every boy I know." I rolled my eyes playfully.

"Tumhari bakwaas karne ki aadat gayi nahi abhi tak." He laughed.

"Main nahi karti, tum karte ho." I scoffed.

"Tum dono abhi tak yahin ho." I heard Ishan's voice and turned around to see him leaning against the doorframe.

"Teri vahiyat timing." Shubman glared at Ishan and I giggled.

"Chalo." I said taking Shubman's hand in mine and we walked to the dining table.

For the first time ever, we all are having lunch together and it feels so amazing. Shubman is blessed with such precious friends, I'm glad I got to meet them.

"I never imagined you guys could be a couple." Kamlesh chuckled, referring to Samikhya and Ishan.

"Its a top secret." Ishan giggled.

"Mujhe aaj samajh aaya Shub ne mujhse jhagda kyu kiya tha jab tu farmhouse aayi thi." Abhay laughed to me.

"You guys fought?" I asked with wide eyes.

"Tumhe nahi pata tumhari wajah se humne kitne jhagde kiye hain." Ashwati laughed.

"It all happened because Shub never told us anything." Samikhya shrugged her shoulders.

"I owe you guys an explanation, I know." Shubman admitted.

"Please do the honours." Riya mumbled.

"I wanted to help Samikhya and Ishan, I thought it'll be better if you guys don't know I love her. I didn't want you guys to feel pity on me." Shubman elucidated.

He's such a gem, no wonder why I'm so in love with him.

"Awwwwwww." Abhay reacted with his palm on his cheek, making Shubman laugh.

"Bro.." Ishan's mouth flung open.

"Everytime I think you can't be any sweeter, you do something much better for me." He added and hugged Shubman.
