"What's first?" Shubman questioned me while opening his locker.

"DBMS." I answered while taking out my belongings for the lecture.

"That's interesting." He chirped.

"You should memorise the schedule by now." I mocked at him.

"Not my department." He smirked and placed a kiss on my cheek.

"You're such a cutie dude." Riya giggled as we were met by her in the hallway.

"Abhay should take lessons." She added giggling.

"He's flirting with some random girl again." I heard Ashwati's voice and saw her approaching us with a frustrated look on her face.

"Its his everyday thing." Riya rolled her eyes.

"Main class leta hu uski." Shubman said and started walking.

"Wait, I'm coming too!" I exclaimed running so that I could catch up with him.

"You should call me Abhay, baby." Abhay winked at some random girl. Oh so here he is.

"Uh Abhay, can you show me the way to the class?" The girl questioned. She must be new.

I started taking steps in his direction but Shubman didn't. He was standing still, looking dumbfounded.

I looked at him to find him staring at the new girl constantly, his gaze not even shifting for a second, nor his eyes blinked. He looked kinda shocked as well.

What happened to him all of a sudden?

"Are you okay babe?" I questioned him and shook his arm lightly.

"Huh? Yeah yeah I'm fine." He replied.

"Come baby, I'll take you." Abhay said and took steps in our direction along with the newcomer.

"Oh hey guys." Abhay greeted us on seeing us standing in the hallway.

"Anushree, they're my friends." He added introducing us to the girl.

"Abhay, what are you doing? Riya's waiting for you." I told him and he glared at me.

"What?" I questioned.

"I'm trying to get a girl." He told in my ear.

"You're-" He cut me off in between.

"I know! Don't discuss that!" He shrieked.

Till then I looked at the girl and she was staring Shubman blankly. Both Shubman and her were looking at each other constantly. What's wrong?

"I think she's interested in Shubman." I whispered.

"But he's your boyfriend." Abhay whispered as well.

"I think Shubman's interested in her as well, look at him." I whispered while eyeing at the two.

"Don't worry, main pata lunga Anushree ko." Abhay winked at me.

"Dude are you crazy? What about Riya?!" I whisper-shouted.

"Arey chill, I just flirt for fun. You know that." He told me.

I looked up to see they're still staring at each other. Why are they looking at each other like that? What's going on?!

"I should leave." Anushree said all of a sudden and looked away.

"I'll take you to the class." Abhay said to her.
