1 - Stepbrother

Ever since Mina was a young girl she was always told to hide her feelings from everyone, it made her stronger, but since then she's put up a protective wall over her feelings. She never talks about them to anyone, not even her best friend Taehyung. Tho there are times where he will crack her.

But that's rarely ever.

They have been best friends since they were born, they know everything about each other...

"Mina come here for a minute!" Someone calls her from the living room.

"Hold on!" She shouts back as she mutes her mic and walks out of her bedroom and down the hallway towards the living room.

She walks into the living room and notices Taehyung sitting on the couch talking and drinking tea or coffee with someone which had his back to her. She stops in her spot as Taehyung stops talking and looks over at her, she quickly shakes her head and starts tiptoeing away from the situation Taehyung was pulling her into.

"Oh no no no no" Taehyung quickly stands up and runs towards her and stands in front of the hallway leading back to her room, she stops and rolls her eyes as she crosses her arms,

"Fine" she mumbles as Taehyung leads her to sit on the couch opposite the man Taehyung was talking to a few seconds ago.

"You know my step-brother Jungkook right?" Taehyung questions her as she looks him up and down.

Of course she knew him, she's had a crush on him since they were teenagers, but...
Taehyung has always told her that the idea of her and Jungkook made his skin crawl, she never understood why, maybe cause they were related? But that didn't stop her from liking him. Though she knew she would never be able to be with him.

They both sit down and look over at Jungkook, she raises an eyebrow at him as he starts speaking, "Jungkook is going to move in with us"

Excuse me?

"What do you mean moving in with us?" She repeats what Taehyung had said to her, he raises an eyebrow back at her and shakes his head a little.

"We have an extra room here anyway, plus Jungkook is my brother and I think he'll fit right in" he begins as Mina takes a good long look at Jungkook.

He had grown, obviously. But he had changed so much, he was no longer this innocent looking little boy that everyone adored, thought everyone probably still adored him for his smashing looks, his dark brown hair was long and ran past his forehead and covered just the top of his eyes, his lips were plump with a light shade of pink coloring them, she had noticed a scar on his face she had never seen before, it was placed on the the righthand side of his face under his eye.

He suddenly shook his head to move some of his hair out of his face allowing her to see his black eyebrow piercing.

"Don't you think?" Taehyung suddenly asks her causing her to blink a few times and give him a confused look,

"Uh, yea" she answers, hoping she hadn't agreed to something ridiculous,

"See, I told you she wouldn't mind" he says as he places his hand on her back giving her a little pat on the back.

She rolls her eyes and pushes his hand off of her "can I go?" She asks standing up

"Yea you can" he says shooing her away with his hand,

She gets up and walks towards the corridor that leads to her bedroom, when she gets to the corridor she turns to look back at the guys on the couch only to be met with jungkook's stare. Taehyung is nowhere to be seen.

She quickly looks away and continues walking to her room. She shuts her bedroom door and throws her headset back on,

"Yo I'm back" she announces as she unmutes her mic,

"Where did you go anyway?" He asks while you two load into a game,

"Nothing" she huffs "it's just that taehyung's hot stepbrother is now staying at our house for some reason" she complains rolling her eyes as her character dies,

"Ah, sucks to be you then" he says through the mic as he dies too "bro why is everyone tryharding" he complains making her let out a little giggle,

"Hot huh?" She hears a somewhat familiar voice, she quickly turns around to be met by jungkook's intense stare once again,

She gulps and looks him up and down "what the hell are you doing here?" She questions raising an eyebrow,

"Taehyung was giving me a tour of the house, you know, cause I'm moving in" he smirks, sitting down on her bed and looking around.

"Get the fuck out!" She shouts picking up a book that was laying on her desk and throwing it at his head, he quickly ducks and gives her an even wider smirk,

"Feisty, I like it" he says as he lays down on the bed and puts his hands behind his head,

"If you don't leave right now I will throw my cactus at you. And this time I won't miss" she spits as she turns back around on her gaming chair to focus on the game,

"Fine" she hears him mumble as he gets up off of her bed and leaves the room, shutting the door behind him,

"What was that about?" she hears him laugh from the other side,

"The stepbrother"
