Abella's heart dropped at the breaking news she saw on the television. She could feel her heart beat drop slowly as she quickly switched off the TV. She didn't see it coming. No matter whatever happened between her and Vernon, she had something for him deep inside her heart which she was unaware of until now.

"Wow, this really happened," Abella murmured as her eyes filled with tears. She tried to hold them back. She wasn't willing to shed anymore tears for him. Abella's mom came by her side and comforted her with a side hug. Abella remained still in shock.

"It's up to you, choose either of the options"

"I am not willing to marry your daughter, sir. And hand over our business to you? Oh heck no. I'm pretty sure you're no beggar to ask for property from Logan Davis' son"

"How on this mighty universe do you even dare to compare me to a beggar? Do you know who I am?"

"Apparently I don't. Vernon Davis does not give two damns about you. I grant you your leave from my house. You're most welcome"

Mr. MacQuoid clenched his jaw.

"Just wait and watch Vernon Davis"

"Oh sure! I'd like to! What shall I bring to the theater? Popcorn and soda?" Taehyung laughed.

Mr. MacQuoid angrily left the house.

As soon as he left, Vernon sat for a thinking.

Vernon breathed heavily to gain every bit of his confidence in whatever he's planning.
