It's been 2 days since I met Abella at her place. I already start to feel restless. I'm just not being able to concentrate on anything. I'm just way too bothered if she'll ever come to me. After all of this, if she doesn't feel anything, then I have to believe I was never successful in life.
And this stupid marriage? That girl is no better than a trash. Bloody family. Days are closer. Just day after tomorrow. Thought Abella would come by. Sigh.

Narrator's POV
"Papa! I'm so excited for day after tomorrow!"
"Yess my princess. It's your big day"
"Congratulations Miss Bella," the housekeeper wished.
"Thank you! You did a great job in arranging all of this! We'll increase your salary after by wedding week," Bella said.
"Yeah, you can go back to work. You don't have to be so excited about this," Mr. MacQuoid waved at the housekeeper.
The housekeeper smirked as he looked down and walked away.
"If I'm not, then who will?" The housekeeper thought as he got back to work.

Abella's POV
"Just 2 days until Vernon Davis and Bella MacQuoid's marriage!"
Sigh.
The day is nearer as every second is passing. I still couldn't make up my mind. What should I do?
If Vernon is really willing to get married to that girl, then why would he even come to me?
"I'll wait, Abella. For you. As long as it takes"
I let out a heavy breath.
I've had sleepless nights ever since he said those words. Those hit me like a truck. Oh God. Please tell me what I'm supposed to do.
"Abella?" Mom spoke from the door of my room.
I raised my head to look at her.
"Have you thought of it?" Mom asked with concern. I never had to tell her about Vernon's arrival. She heard every single word he said from the kitchen which is right beside the main door.
I shook my head.
"Abella," mom walked towards me and sat on my bed. She held my hand and gently placed in on my chest, "now close your eyes."
I did.
"What do you see?" She asked.
Him.
Sigh.
"Him right? Now keep your eyes closed. Think about why he appears in front of your eyes even when there's nothing around. Why him?" Mom whispered.
I abruptly opened my eyes. My heart beat was increasing by every bit of my thought. My breath was growing heavier and faster.
"Calm down," mom said as she rubbed my hands to comfort me.
"The first person you think of when you open your eyes, and the last person you think of when you close your eyes. When he's the person you see, why let yourself suffer by ignoring your heart?" Mom explained.
"You have one life, and this the most crucial time of your life to take decisions. Make a choice. One word can change a lot of people's lives," mom said as she looked straight into my eyes.
"This is not a game that you get to restart when it's over. This is life"
