"Hyvää huomenta, (Y/n)!" You smile lazily at Tino, still half asleep as you sit at the kitchen table.
"'Morning to you too, Tino." You could see him eye you with a little bit of concern.
"Yer' up a little early, aren't ya'? Did ya' sleep okay?" He asked. You sigh and laugh under your breath.
"Yeah, I slept okay, I guess. I woke up a few times and I couldn't go back to sleep." He clicked his tongue and set a cup of coffee in front of you.
"Maybe this'll help! I know it helps me!" You laugh a take a little sip to realize that it's just pure black coffee, making your face scrunch a little bit.
"You know..." Tino started. "I was really worried for you last night." He said. You look up to be met with his violet eyes. "Mathias said you looked a little upset when you got home last night. You don't have to tell me if ya' don't want to, but, you could always talk if you want. I have lots of good advice!" He said, beaming. You giggle but sigh again with a heavy heart and a racing mind.
"Tino, how long have you been friends with Alfred?" You asked. He hummed.
"I suppose many years, but I wouldn't say we're as close as him and Mathias. They go out pretty much every week with Gilbert." You nod and take a small sip of the bitter and gross drink in front of you, remembering why you weren't drinking it to begin with.
"Did Alfred do something?" He asked. He was extremely concerned, and almost a little defensive looking.
"No! No! Nothing like that. Last night was a ton of fun. He just felt kind of... off... Ya know?" He nodded understandingly. "Um. By chance, Tino... And maybe I'm just crazy, but,,, have we ever met before-" You start, just to get cut off.
"MATHIAS. JOU ARE NEVER GOING TO BELIEVE ZHIS." The sound of the front door suddenly bursting open made you and Tino jump and turn to see a pale, albino man standing in the doorway of the kitchen. "Oh hi (Y/n) and zhe other one." He said, as if he didn't just let himself into the house.
"GILBERT! My man!! What are ya' doin' 'ere!!" Mathias yelled out, running out of his bedroom at the sound of his friend. The sound of other doors opening and stomping could be heard as the rest of the group filed out of their rooms and into the kitchen where all the ruckus was coming from.
You watched as the three grumpy men sat down and watched as Mathias and Gilbert excitedly shouted their hello's and 'what are you doing here!!', as if they were teenage girls.
"Mathias. Jou are not going to believe vhat happened."
"What?? What happened??" Mathias asked. Gilbert leaned closer to Mathias and held out his hand to cover his mouth as he "whispered" very loudly.
"I'll tell jou, vut not in front of the... extras..." He said, motioning towards Emil, Ber, Lukas, and Tino.
"I thought we wer' th' main charact'rs." Berwald whispered towards Tino.
"Yeah... We're in, like, every chapter." He whispered back. Lukas leaned forward.
"He's just jealous because he was even hardly intorduced in chapter five of the last one." He sniggered, Emil silently laughing.
"-AS I VAS SAYING!-" Gilbert continued, sending a glare towards the proclaimed "extras". "Mathias, ve should have zhis conversation outside." He said.
