Chapter 12: Tyler Hears The Crying

November 2, 2010, Monday morning. Dante is teaching Tyler the piano, while Jester and Andy are dressing up for school.

"Take care of yourselves." Beverly said.

Andy and Jester then leaves for school. Meanwhile, at Tyler's piano class, Beverly announced that both Tyler and Dante are going back to school.

"Sweeties, you two will go back to school." Beverly said.

"The competitions are done. I did't get to play the piano." Dante said.

"I don't wanna." Tyler said.

Liam then joins, and asked, "Why?"

"Why?"

"I'm being bullied a lot."

"Don't worry, I'll go with you tomorrow." Beverly said. "I'll be talking to the principal."

"Hope that works." Tyler said.

"Don't worry, Ty. I'm here." Dante said.

Tyler then smiles, and asks to continue their class. Meanwhile at Andy and Jester, Jester says that he will buying something, and says that Andy will go to school.

"Hey, bro. I'll be buying something at the convenience store. You go to school first. I'll catch up."

Andy then leaves, while Jester went to a near antique shop.

As Jester enters the antique shop, he sold the items that are in the box of Aralith.

"Shall I sell this precious items?" Jester asked.

The store owner was surprised of the items.

"Where did you find this? A golden ring, and a golden necklace with emeralds?" Store owner asked.

"Well based on what my cousins said, they were living in a house of an evil entity, and their mother saw those old items of the demon itself up their attic." Jester explained.

"I see. What evil entity?" Store owner asked.

"Says it was a woman, a pianist. Name: Aralith."

"Oh... The Sonata of the Night. It's an evil legend here in Canada. You should not know that."

"Late for school. The money."

Jester then leaves, having a hundred thousands of Canadian Dollars.

Meanwhile, back at Tyler and Dante, Tyler finishes his piano lessons, and went to fix his stuffs for tomorrow.

10:00pm, in the evening, Tyler wakes up in yet another nightmare. Tyler then tries to sleep again, but cannot.

As Tyler sits on his bed, he can hear cries in the dark corners of the room.

"Dan." Tyler said.

"What?" Dante said.

"I can hear crying." Tyler said scared.

"Me too. Where?"

"There, in the dark corner."

As Dante grabs a flashlight, and points it in the dark corner, the crying stopped.

"It stopped." Dante said.

"I can't bear this things anymore, Dan." Tyler said.

"I know. I know."

They then go back to bed, and sleep.

November 3, Tuesday morning, Tyler and Dante are eating breakfast.

As they eat their breakfast, Beverly was seen excited on something.

"We're gonna have more money!" Beverly said.

"Huh? What did you get?" Dante asked.

"$73.5k! Jester said he found some items on his way home, and found out it's worth." Beverly said.

Dante quickly realized that Jester found not the items in the streets, but was stolen from the house.

"Jester... Is it true?" Dante asked.

Tyler then realized as well.

"Items worth $73.5k? That's just completely false." Tyler said.

"Look if y'all don't want this bills, that's fine." Jester said.

As Dante, Tyler, and Jester argues, Beverly broke their argue.

"Alright, Stop!" Beverly yelled. "We have the money. It's too late for the items."

"But, Aunt Bev, those items are from the demon who haunts us. Apparently, we brought one of the items here, and haunted us. But, since Jester sold all of 'em, we're dead meat." Tyler said.

"Last night, Tyler and I heard crying. It's one of the hauntings." Dante said.

"Okay. Okay. We'll figure this out, but guys, you are late. Finish up."

They then pack their bags, and went to school.

1:00pm, in the afternoon, Tyler went out to use the washroom.

As Tyler uses the washroom, he hears the crying.

"Hello?" Tyler said.

As Tyler checks the cubicles, nobody's in it. Only Tyler, alone.

Tyler then quickly goes back to his classroom.

Later at 10:23pm, Tyler hears the crying for the third time. And as the night progresses, the cries gets more intense, and loud.

Then stopped.

"It stopped." Tyler said in relief.

As Tyler lays down on the bed, screaming occurred.

"Ahh!" Tyler shouts.

The room then becomes peaceful.

"What the hell?"

Tyler then sleeps around 2:00am in the morning.

November 4, Wednesday morning, Tyler, Dante, and their relatives are eating breakfast.

"Tyler, you're not looking well. Did you sleep well?" Beverly asked.

"Yeah. I did." Tyler said.

Dante obviously knows Tyler didn't. Dante then tells Tyler to rest, and attend school for tomorrow.

"Uhh, Tyler. I know you didn't sleep well. I'll tell you what, you can rest here for the day. You can attend class tomorrow." Dante said.

"Really?" Tyler asked.

"Yeah. Now finish up, so you can go back to sleep."

Tyler then finished breakfast, and went back to sleep.
