Chapter 16: A Brother's Sacrifice

November 14, 2010, Friday noon, Tyler and Dante are inside their bedroom. Tyler is doing his homework, while Dante is listening to music at a radio.

"Done!" Tyler yelled.

"How's homework?" Dante asked.

"Oh, it was fine! Glad I solved all the math problems without getting distracted to your music. *laughs*"

"*chuckles* You're right."

Several minutes later, while Dante listens to the radio, it turns static.

"What's wrong with this thing?" Dante complained.

"No signal?" Tyler guessed.

After several minutes of remaining static, the radio got hijacked.

"What's happening?" Tyler questioned.

"I don't know. Let's just turn it off." Dante said.

Later at night....

10:00pm, in the evening, Tyler and Dante decided to stay up a little longer. And, as they chill on their beds, their radio suddenly opened.

"What the hell?" Dante said.

"It's happening again." Tyler said.

Few minutes later, the radio started playing a message.

*muffled piano music playing at the radio*

"This is Aralith is it?" Tyler asked.

"Yes. This is her doing." Dante said.

As the piano playing on the radio starts to fade away, starts to sound more muffled, a woman speaks. Saying, "All will burn."

"All will burn?" Tyler nervously repeated the message. He continued, "What does she mean with that?"

"I don't know. All we know is that Aralith's still haunting us, and we better prepare ourselves." Dante said.

As Tyler begins to realize what might happen someday, he begins to shed tears.

"Tyler?" Dante notices Tyler cries.

As Tyler comes closer to Dante, Dante embraces Tyler to comfort him, saying "All will be fine. Keep that in mind."

An hour later, Dante's asleep, while Tyler is awake. Sleepless because of Heavy Thinking. He then sees multiple pictures in his mind. A burning house, the end of the haunting, Tyler sacrifices for the sake of others. The death of Aralith.

Tyler then gets traumatized, and stays up all night.

November 15, Saturday morning, around 6:00am, Dante wakes up seeing Tyler absent on his bed. Dante then suddenly hears the piano playing, and as he walks down the stairs, he saw Tyler playing the piano.

"I can't sleep, Dante. I thought about that message she said last night." Tyler said.

"Like I said, All will be fine." Dante said. He continued, "Go back to sleep, Ty. It's Saturday."

"I can't, Dan. I'm terrified."

Dante then embraces Tyler. Reminding Tyler that Dante will always be with him. A protective brother.
