The Day I Met You

Chapter 9 ( Come again soon )

"This is yours right?" Zed handed out a phone.

Kanae slowly grab the phone and scanned it for a bit if its hers or not.
She then hug him suddenly which made Zed startled.

"Thank you!" She said while letting go from the hug.

"Nahh no need to thank me just returning something that ain't mine." He said.

"It's unusual for you to not wear your mask you know" Kanae teased while crossing her arms.

Zed laughed nervously and turned around. "Well gotta go now since my job here is done."

"Wanna stay in for dinner?" She asked.

He turned around and said "Nahh don't wanna distur-" He was cut off by Shinobu was pushing him from the back while Kanao grabbing him from the wrist.

"Since when did you two got out?!!" Zed and Kanae said together surprised on how stealthy they we're.

"No time for questions!" Shinobu shouted while pushing him.

"Just come in and eat!" Kanao added.

Zed sighed and just surrendered. "You two lucky that I don't fight back when its you guys!" He pouted.

Kanae giggled at the sight to what she was seeing.

                                

After they had finally forced him, They went inside and Kanae then prepared for dinner. Zed called Giyuu and informed him that he'll be going home late. Shinobu and Kanao was sitting the opposite side of him. Shinobu who none stopped teased him.

"So your the special someone haa~" She teased.

"What do you mean special someone?" He asked trying to keep his composure.

After the long torture teased from Shinobu , Kanae had arrived with food. But before they could start eating Shinobu excused herself since she already ate. She explained to why she'll be skipping today's meal. Zed mumbled Giyuu's name between his fake coughs but received by a smack from Shinobu.  "Itadakimasu!" The three said before digging in. After a few minutes they were done eating , As Kanae was gathering the dishes and went to the sink to wash it. Zed came with her to help. As the two were washing they talked for a bit.

"You don't need to help me you know" She while scrubbing a plate.

"It's a man's job to help" He said while washing a plate then putted it in the dryer.

Kanae giggled to what he said. "So how did you get my phone?"

"Well you left it at your desk." He answered. "Clumsy as ever huh" He teased.

"I thought I putted in the bag" She stated.

"But you didn't." He giggled.

After they had finished , Zed decided to go home. Kanae followed him from behind so she can say goodbye to him.

"Well thanks for the meal Kanae!" He said while slowly walking to his car.

"H-hey..." Kanae said nervously.

"Hm? What is it?" He questioned.

"Come again soon okay" She said while smilling at him.

Zed felt his heart skip a beat and the heat on his face.

"Of course!" He replied. "Well take care now." He added while going inside his car.

He then started the engine and drove off. Kanae who was waving goodbye at him while smilling before he drove off.

That's all for today! I think I'll do another one this 1 or 2 am cause I don't sleep early lol and HOLY am almost at 300 reads lel
