The Day I Met You

Chapter 21 ( Just for today )

Shinobu putted her hands on Giyuu's forehead. "Yeah definitely a fever..." She said. "Probably from overwork from yesterday" She added looking at Giyuu.

"Yeah I guess your right on that" Zed said letting out a sigh. "Is it okay if you take care of him?" He asked.

Shinobu who was still staring at Giyuu just nodded. It took a bit of time to realize what he said. She quickly looked at him with a red face.
"W-What!" She shockingly said. "I um...uhh..I don't know!" She nervously said trying to compose herself.

"Please just for today! He really needs you right now and I know that You and Kanae are my best bet!" Zed begged while his head was down.

Shinobu was shocked to see him like this. She chuckled then turned into a burst of laugh. Zed slowly rose his head and look a bit confused behind his mask. Shinobu composed herself and looked at him.

"Why are you begging as if his life needs to be saved!" She said wiping the tears on her eyes.

Zed scratch the back of his neck and letted out a nervous laugh.

"Don't worry , I'll take care of him" She said while smilling at him.

Nezuko and Tanjiro suddenly came in the room. Nezuko was holding a towel and Tanjiro carrying a bowl of water which was apparently had the right temperature. The two quickly left as they gave the things to them. Shinobu then soaked the towel and squeezed it a bit, folded it then putted it on Giyuu's forehead. Zed then covered him with his blanket then left the room with Shinobu. The two made they're way to the living room. Kanae can be seen combing Nezuko's hair while Tanjiro watched. The two then sat the opposite side of the coach.

"How is Tomioka?" Kanae asked while combing Nezuko's hair.

"Well...pretty much not feeling well" She said.

"Should we buy some meds?" Zed suggested.

"And...done!" Kanae said after finishing combing Nezuko's hair. She then patted her and looked at the two.

"Can you go buy them?" Shinobu asked.

"I ain't good at remembering on what to buy" Zed said letting out a nervous laugh.

"Your hopeless" Shinobu said face palming.

"Nee~san is it okay if you both buy the medicines?" Shinobu asked.

"Sure then!" Kanae said.

"While were at it then we'll get some groceries!" Zed said. "Do you guys have anything you wanna have?" He added.

"Chocolates!" Nezuko and Tanjiro shouted with their eyes sparkling.

"Okay then how about you Shinobu?" Zed asked.

"Oh um...whatever Nee~san gets I'll have one!" Shinobu replied.

"Okay then! Let's go Kanae!" Zed said then stood up.

The two then left. Now the three was left to take care of Giyuu. They went to Giyuu's room to check on him and soak the towel again.

Kanae then exited the pharmacy with Zed. "Groceries next right?" She asked.

"Yup!" He replied.

The two arrived at a place that was filled with refrigerators. Zed opened one and grab 3 Milks. Then proceeded to the other aisle. Kanae felt a uneasy atmosphere.
