"He's going to be fine right?"

"100% sure he'll be fine."

"Giyuu if you die I'll murder you!"

"Stop over reacting! He just collapse because of blood loss if I remember...Now you two settle down!"

Giyuu slowly opened his eyes. It was blurry at first but soon recovered his vision. He move his upper body to properly sit then looked around. He noticed the side of his bed. Shinobu was sleeping while holding his hand. She was snoring quitely. Giyuu found it very cute. He removed his gaze from Shinobu and looked around.

He saw a sleeping Zed lying on the floor beside the couch.

"Did he fell?" He asked in his thoughts.

Giyuu quickly remembered what happened from the parking lot. He then checked his shoulders. The wound that the unknown man gave him was patched. The panick movement made Shinobu slowly wake up. She rubbed her eyes. She looked up a bit confused to who she was staring at as her vision still was blurry. It soon cleared, Her eyes widen as it slowly became watery. She didn't hesitate to hug him.

"Tomioka-sensei..." She said lowly as she trembled and hugged him tightly.

"Kocho..."

"I'm glad your okay Tomioka-sensei..." She said as she buried her face on his chest.

"Kocho...It hurts..."

"I know and I'm very sorry..." She said.

"Kocho let go...My wounds still hurts! My body is aching from the pain...!" He tried to hold his scream as he yelled a bit.

Shinobu quickly separated herself from Giyuu as she bowed rapidly while apologizing.

The door suddenly opened revealing a Sanemi in his cop uniform. He was holding a cup of coffee while munching on a donut. He turned to look at them.

"Oh your awake." Sanemi said as he took a seat beside him and opposite from Shinobu.

"Before we do anything else, Any suspicion to who might the guy be that attacked you?" Sanemi asked as he putted his serious face on.

"Not a single clue right now...but I'll inform you once I feel better..." Giyuu said.

"Another question." Sanemi said.

"That'll be?"

"Does he always sleep like that? I mean it's a first to see him sleep on the floor even though there's a couch just beside him." Sanemi pointed at Zed as he munch the last of his Donut and took a sip with his coffee.

"I guess so? I don't really see him in his slumber..." Giyuu answered.

Zed then slowly woke up. He letted out a big yawn. He looked at the three. He tilted his head in confusion. "What?" He asked as he sat on the couch letting out another yawn.

"So why'd you sleep on the floor again?" Sanemi asked.

"Simple! The floor was more comfy!" Zed answered

The three was left dumbfounded with his answer.

Shinobu then cleared her throat to at least clear the awkwardness. It caught everyone's attention.

"So will that guy attack us again?" She asked a bit afraid.

"Just stay on guard always, He might-"

"Don't worry he won't do anything." Zed cut Sanemi off.

"How sure can you be?" Sanemi asked.

"Cause I said so." Zed said.

Sanemi's eyes twitch in irritation. He went to Zed and shook him rapidly. "Don't f*ck around you idiot!"

Zed cough and pointed at Giyuu and Shinobu. Sanemi stop from shaking him and turned to see what his pointing at. "Wanna leave the two alone?" He said as he release Zed.

"Sure then."

The two walked to the door. Sanemi just left and Zed stood by the door. "Were gonna discuss something okay." He said before leaving.

The two just nodded.

"So how are you feeling?" Shinobu asked.

"I'm fine...I should be able to leave once the doctor checks on me." Giyuu said.

"I'm really sorry Tomioka-sensei..." She said lowly as she lowered her head.

"For what?" He asked.

"For...putting you in danger..." She said, tears slowly went out from her eyes as it drop on the bed sheet.

"I'm sorry..."

Giyuu slowly raised his hand then patted her gently. She looked up to him. He cup her cheeks while his thumb wiped her tears.

"You don't have to apologize... It's my duty to protect my butterfly." He smiled. A genuine smile that he has never worn since the day that her sister died.

"So don't blame yourself...It was an unexpected attack and no one was at fault." He said then held her close to his chest as he smoothly brushed her hair.

Shinobu hugged him as she felt comfortable and safe.

"If I'm being honest Tomioka-sensei..."

She removed herself from him. Giyuu tilted his head in confusion.

"I really look up to you since the day we met..." She showed a genuine smile.

"Is it because your short?" He answered with his expressionless face.

Shinobu's genuine smile turned into a menacing one as veins pop out from her forehead. She slowly stood up and walked to the couch then went back with a pillow.

"Kocho what are you gonna do with that?" Giyuu asked.

"Do you have any last words Tomioka-sensei?" She menacingly smiled as more veins pop out with a furious aura surrounding her.

Giyuu swallowed his saliva as he felt Shinobu's anger.

"Nothing? Then goodbye!" Shinobu said then stuffed the pillow to hid face suffocating him.

Zed parked the car inside the garage while Giyuu went in first. As he went inside and walked in the living room. He was greeted to a sudden hug by the siblings.

"Tomioka-san! We were worried!" The two cried as they embrace him.

"C'mon you two! No need to cry Giyuu is still alive and well but he almost died from suffocation." Zed said.

"Who did it?" Tanjiro asked.

"Don't worry about it but your future mother almost killed Giyuu." Zed said with a smirk on his face as he hung his mask on the wall.

"Future Mother?" The three said in unison as they tilted their heads in confusion. Even Giyuu didn't know what he was talking about.

Zed sighed. "You'll know soon enough...Even you Giyuu." He said then walked passed them going straight to the couch then slept.

"Tomioka-san! Play with us!" Nezuko said.

"Sure." Giyuu said showing a smile as he patted the two.
