Explained Personal demon: Fear of disappointing others/ failure

Consequences of Personal demon: Makes him pretend to be someone he isn't (who people want him to be), makes him freak out when under negative pressure

Given object: An ebony black arrow

Explained given object: Being told you're not good enough is like an arrow to the heart, Atychiphobia aims to replicate that

Because hollows are invisible, in this world Hollows are the personal demons. So, Jacob has the same peculiarity but it has a more emotional effect on him because he can see what hurts his friends the most.
