Turning Back Time

Little Changes: Part 1

It was  the next morning, and the professors were about to leave for work.But professor Kukui wanted to check up on the boys one more time before he left ,just to make sure that they were okay(well ,okay as they could be ,seeing as they both had high fevers),but a little to Kukui's surprise,they were both still sleeping on the couch.However,the professor decide that their illness had made them more tired than usual. But still their was this feeling in the back of his head that told him that even if they were ill, 13 hours of sleep seemed excessive(they went to sleep at 7 pm and the time now was 8 am).But Kukui deiced to just let it be,either way ,if anything happened their pokemon would take care of them.so he quietly went out of the house and went to the school.

About 30 minutes after the professors had left,Gladion had finally started to wake up. Pikachu a Lycanroc went up to him to check his forehead and greet the boy.But when they did they notice he wasn't warm at all,and if that wasn't already strange enough, when he opened his eyes,for some reason they were a light baby blue color and much rounder then before,also his cheeks had little circles of pink blush on them,but by far the weirdest thing was that somehow he was in completely different clothes then when he had gone to bed,he was now in a big  black hoodie that was at least 3 sizes to big for him ,because it almost reach his knees ,soft gray leggings,and a pair of bright red fuzzy socks.And just before he could ask them why they were starring at him,Ash woke up and caught the pokemon's attention."Good morning",Ash said in a  little kid voice,and then covered his mouth with his hand after he had herd himself.And to everyone elses surprise Ash also had rosy cheeks and baby blue eyes,and he was now wearing a big blue hoodie(about the same size as Gladion's) the same gray leggings,and white fuzzy socks.He cleared his throat and spoke again,"Whoa...that was weir-Wait Gladion, why do you look like that!?",,Ash exclaimed(this time in his regular voice)."Okay first of all,umm...rude" "And second,what are you talking about,you're the one who looks different",Gladion said."Wait ...what?" 

Then Gladion and Ash try to rush to a mirror to see what the other was talking about.But half way to their walk to the bathroom,Gladion did something he hadn't done in a while,he lost his balance.So much so that he wiped out on the floor taking Ash down with him."Och,why did that hurt so much",Gladion said,and he wasn't lying,because for some strange reason that little tumble felt to him as if he fell of a 10 story building.And little did he know that Ash was feeling the same way. Pikachu and Lycanroc dashed to their trainers to try and help them up,but what the two pokemon saw almost made them jump.For some reason the two boys had tears flowing down their rosy little cheeks from their same baby blue eyes they just had received."A-are we c-crying?"Ash said in between light sobs.Completely ignoring Ash's question Gladion tried to head for the bathroom again ,but found that now he couldn't even stand up without falling to the floor.Luckily Lycanroc caught him right before he was about to smash head first onto the ground.

"Why can't I stand up!",Gladion whined  and then made a little pout, while little tears formed on the corners of his eyes,witch shocked both the pokemon and even the still choked up Ash.But This time Gladion didn't seem to notice his behavior and just continued to sit in the same place pouting. Pikachu,though still very confused ,saw his discomfort and tried to calm him down."Pi-Pikachu",it said in a comforting voice while it snuggled up in Gladion's lap."Hmm?" ,Gladion simply replied,as the pout he once had on his lips slowly turned into a curious  and somewhat surprised look plastered all across his face as he stared at Pikachu,curled up in a little ball in his lap.He had no idea why ,but his mind was just so fascinated by all of the small pokemon's little features and movements.And after a little while,Gladion did seem to calm down quite a bit. Pikachu then looked up at the boy who was also looking at him with the most innocent face it had ever seen(still with little tears in his eyes).But Pikachu quickly got back to reality and calmly squeaked,"Pika-pikachu?", as if to ask if the boy  was okay,to which Gladion rubbed his face and slowly nodded.

After all the comotion,Gladion somehow found himself tired again(despite having slept for almost 14 hours the night before),and let out a little yawn.Lycanroc,noticed the boys sleepy tone and even though still confused as to why he was so tired(and not to mention every thing else that had just previously happened) it carried him to the couch in the living room and put a warm blanket over him,and Gladion was out cold as soon as he touched the warm of the blanket on his skin.The pokemon waited for a few seconds and then both sighed a breath of relief.

But sadly that state of calm didn't last for to long as they came to realize that Ash was no longer sitting on the floor as he used to be.And in the middle of the two panicking they heard something,like... wait no it couldn't have been..was it ..giggling?As the pokemon listened closer they could tell the sound was coming from the down stairs lab.So they quickly rushed down to see what was going on,and what they found made their jaws drop to the floor................
