Turning Back Time

Mission gone wrong

A/N:Hi everyone,hope your doing great ,I just need to clear a few things up before we start with the fanfic . One this story takes place a couple weeks after the professors get married,and in this Au, Gladion never went on a journey,he stayed for the wedding ,and was always close by after,(its just easier to write like that),well that's about hope you enjoy the story,see you next time.....

It was late afternoon in Alola, and it was also the same time a new mission for the ultra gardians was sent out. Lusimen had already sent the troops off as they went to go check out an area said to have high ultra aura readings.And for this particular mission Gladion  had also come along as well ,as he and Ash were already having a battle before  hand ,so he decided to tag along since he had nothing better to do.No one expected anything serious,as they had been able to manage many ultra beast's in the past,but little did anyone know that this mission would be harder than expected.

When everyone was at the spot they were supposed to be  they all got off their flying pokemon and came together in a group.And as soon as they did an ultra wormhole opened in the sky and  just as quickly a light blue ,pink and white ultra beast appeared from inside of it .As all the kids called out their pokemon ,something very unexpected  happened,the ultra beast  hurdled towards ash.And before anyone could do anything the creature slashed Ash's arm leaving a medium sized cut that started to bleed.When Gladion saw that he was bleeding,he quickly ran up to him."Ash!",Gladion yelled as he tried to protect his friend  from the ultra beast. Which resulted in Gladion also getting a cut on his arm,"Argh!!",both boy screamed in pain ,as the cut was very deep.After witnessing all that had happened the rest of the ultra guardians started to attack the ultra beast  to distract it from the two boys who were already hurt.Of course they did this from a good distance to be careful,since this pokemon didn't seem to have mercy.But by the looks of it ,it seemed the ulrta beast could care less about anyone else .So instead of picking a fight with the others ,it did another strange thing ,it just went on back into the ultra wormhole and left on its own.

"Um... does anyone know what just happened?",Ash asked, so baffled to the point where he couldn't even focus on the slash in his arm." I't didn't even try to fight back",Gladion added,also in a state of shock."I't was like it did what it wanted to do, and then just left".Then there was an uncomfortably long pause,What everyone had just seen was so surprising,how were they supposed to react? Luckily there was something that finally broke the silence,the bad news though was that the breaker of silence was the winces of pain from Gladion and Ash as they could finally start to realize how much the cuts on their arms hurt.Woken up from the sounds of pain, the rest of the gang rushed over to the two of them.

"Oh my goodness!,are you two okay?!"Lille yelled worried for her brother's and friend's safety."Oh,that  really stings",they both said simultaneously in a pained tone."Here let me help you",Mallow said as she got out a medic kit and quickly took out a tube of antibiotic and some bandage rolls.Then she proceeded to disinfect their cuts and wrap them in the bandages,witch hurt like hell to them both,but they didn't say anything because they knew she was trying to help.

After they were all bandaged up,the ultra guardians had no other option but to go back home,after all the ultra beast went back into the ultra wormhole, their was nothing else they could really do .So everyone got back on their flying pokemon and went home(Gladion was invited to say at the professors house because he didn't like going to the mansion) .But that night some thing strange started to happen to Gladion and Ash ,they some how both got extreme fevers and couldn't stop sweating, and after seeing the boy's ill state ,professor Kukui thought it would be best to let them stay at home while he went to the pokemon school and professor Burnett  went to her job in atheir paradise tomorrow. He also made sure they were in bed early,thought it seemed that he didn't have to,because without him saying a word they both had already gotten up and ready for bed.But the one thing no one got to see was that in the middle of the night, a flashing light appeared, and as soon as it did the boys fevers were gone ,and what stood in their place was the new pair of soft ,baby blue eyes they both had received,and maybe a whole lot more.
