I spot Grayson talking with none other than that fat bitch, Liz. Only they weren't just talking, they were getting a little touchy.
My blood starts to boil as I continue watching them talk, flirting every here and there. Liz starts to get a little closer to Grayson, tugging at his sleeve. He bends his head down, allowing her to kiss his cheek. He chuckles a bit, planting a peck on her cheek after.
Anger suddenly surges through me.
Wait, why am I mad?
It's not like I'm dating him. And he obviously isn't interested in me.
But still, you'd think that he would kind of like me, since he teases me a lot...
"Y/n? You okay?" Aaron's voice suddenly pulls me back into the present. "Yeah, I'm all good." I say sweetly, smiling reassuringly. His worried look immediately leaves his face and is replaced with his usual bright smile.
"Say, Aaron..." I start, a little embarrassed. "Do you think that maybe I could move in with you instead?" I finish, looking at his surprises face.
"Y/n, did something happen between you and Gray?" He starts to look a little worried again. "No, no. I just feel like I would be more comfortable with you." I say reassuringly.
He ponders over my question a bit, before finally replying. "Well, yeah sure, if that's what you want." He gives me a small smile.
"Thank you!" I say, taking his hand on impulse. A slight blush creeps onto my face. "S-sorry..." I say, releasing his defined hand. "It's alright, you didn't have to remove your hand from mine." He smiles a cute smile at me.
I feel my face flush. "Anyways," I start changing the subject. "You and Grayson seem important here." I look over at Aaron.
"Ah, well, I guess you could say that." He replies before continuing. "Our father is basically one of the "leaders" of Anonymous."
"I thought that Anonymous didn't have any leaders." I ask, a confused look on my face.
"Well, Anonymous has many bases, and this is one of them. Believe it or not, there's a base in every state. And in this state, my father is the leader, which makes me second in command, and Grayson third, even though he's older."
I think over the answer that was given, starting to question why the younger of the two brothers was second in command.
"You must be wondering why I, the younger brother, am second in command." He says, as if reading my mind. I give a small nod, and he continues.
"Though Grayson has received the same amount of training as I have, I was apparently more "skilled" than he was. I got better grades, and was better in combat." He replies. "Plus, Grayson didn't listen much, he was the quote unquote, "bad boy."" He adds with a chuckle.
As I digest this information, I sneak a glance to where Grayson and Liz were, only they disappeared. I looked around the room to no avail.
Guess I'm not going to eat.
I must've looked a little disappointed, as Aaron asked what was wrong.
"I just didn't eat yet, and Grayson said he was going to get me some food, only he seems to have disappeared." I say blankly.
"Here, let's go to my place and I'll cook something up for you." Aaron says as he stands, reaching his hand out to take mine.
I gladly take his hand as we begin to walk to his place.
