3rd Person Pov:
Soyeong walked to her locker and opened it till she saw someone at the corner of her eye. "He must be new" she thought to herself before closing her locker and walking away, but she turned around to take one more look at the boy.
*School Bell Rings*
Soyeong entered class and sat in her assigned seat while mingling on her phone and waiting for class to start..
"Class, today we'll have a new student" Soyeong's teacher said making everyone look up
"Uhh, Hello my name is YangYang. I'm a transfer from Germany and my korean isn't too good so please excuse me if I make any mistakes." The boy said before bowing.
All the girls swooned over him and his smile, and the fact he wasn't wearing a uniform because he was new didn't help much either.
"Wow his smile is so charming"
"Aw he's so cute"
"He's so tall and I love his style"
Everyone were chirping over the boy but Soyeong didn't care as she continued to scroll on her phone, too tired to care right now.
"Soyeong! Who sits next to you?" Mrs.Han asked
"Oh, no one" Soyeong said before looking back at her phone
"YangYang, you can sit next to Soyeong" Mrs.Han gestured and the boy thanked the teacher before walking to his seat
"Soyeong, phone up please" The teacher ordered, making her put her phone away and turning her attention to her notebook.
"Uhh, do you know what we are doing?" YangYang asked
"Math" Soyeong responded
"Oh, um.. I'm sorry can you help me?" YangYang asked again nervous he was agitating the girl.
Soyeong glaced at YangYang and noticed his puppy eyes..
"Sure" She agreed and started to explain but noticed YangYang staring at the book blankly.
"Do you understand?" Soyeong asked
"A little bit, a few numbers but my korean isn't working" YangYang said embarrassed.
"You speak english?" Soyeong asked in english
"Uh yeah, but I have a habit of saying like a lot because I usually don't know what to say so I say like" He explained
"It's fine, as long as you can understand" Soyeong then proceeds to explain little bits of the lesson to the boy in english with permission from the teacher.
*Transition Bell Rings*
Everyone started packing and getting ready to leave, but Soyeong likes to wait a bit later so that the halls wouldn't be too crowded to get through with all the kids transitioning to their next class. Meanwhile YangYang was talking to the teacher.
"Oh hey! Thanks for helping me out" YangYang said to Soyeong as she left the class room.
Soyeong nodded, "yeah, no problem"
"Wait, I'm sorry one more thing" YangYang said making Soyeong turn around around.
"Do you know where class F4 is?"
"Upstairs, down the hall and to the left" She explained.
"Thank you, see you around! Bye Soyeong!" YangYang said before running off.
Soyeong then continued to walked to her next class before she was marked late and given detention..
Finally school was over and Soyeong was on her way to exit through the school gates when she passed the school's parking lot to see YangYang with his new friends.
"Soyeong!" YangYang yelled and waved with a smile.
Soyeong waved back and continued walking. She didn't feel like heading home first so she decided to go back to the beach to watch the sunset.
Once arrived Soyeong removed her bag and sat down on the sand and stared at the water once again. She saw something moving in the water and got up to look closer. She was right at the shore but didn't dare to go into the water since she had a fear of the ocean and didn't want to get wet and cold.
The waves crashed agents each other causing water to splash on Soyeong's shoes as it went onto the shore and back. Once the water retreated she noticed a flower under the sand and picked it up, it was a Jasmine flower.
"Why would this be here?" Soyeong asked herself before taking it with her back to her seat on the sand
She stared at the flower and noticed how strong and healthy it looked and it smelt fresh. "There must be a flower field somewhere" she thought before getting up while grabbing her bag to walk home...
"My flower"...
