CHAPTER 22

"Hey ladies. Can we seat here for a moment? I hope you don't mind." his firm voice made my mouth dry.

Jade's tried to stop herself from showing her smile. Agad siyang tumango habang titig na titig sa nagsalita. Napatapik ako sa nuo ko ng wala sa oras. Seriously Jade?

"Yes sure, if you want you can sit beside me..." she offered. Ganon siya ka tibay!

The boy wearing big hoodie jacket sensually lick his lower lip looking amused now to my bestfriend. Nagkatitigan pa sila nung isang lalaki. Ray is quietly seat beside me.

"Sorry for interrupting, there was a pregnant woman and two children needed to sit in our seats. Since your table is still vacant..." the guy wearing hoodie shrugged while pointing were they are sitting a while ago. Meron ngang masayang pamilya na naka upo na dun.

I can't help but snatched a glimpse. Sila nga iyong kasama ni Ray sa parking ng campus. It's still mystery to me what really happend at the dark parking of our school at hindi man lang pinag-usapan.

I can still recall what happened. There was a blood stain in their uniform, black eye, wound, scratches in thier faces was visible even it's dark that night. Bumaba ang tingin ko sa relong suot ng dalawa both rolex in different style and color.

Naglahad ng kamay ang dalawa saamin tinanggap ko naman namin 'yon.

"Ino," the guy wearing hoodie said

"Matt..." the matured one.

Tiningnan nila ang katabi ko. Nagtatama ang tuhod naming dalawa sa ilalalim ng lamesa. They both shrugged after a second. And ofcourse both rich kid understand each other. Komportable na agad silang nag-uusap about medical and here I am pretending reading my reviewer.

"Kamusta?" finally he spoke after a long silent between us.

Pinatay ko ang laptop dahil wala na akong kailangan dun I focused more on my reviewers. I politely answer his simple question.

"Ayos lang busy sa school... ikaw?" I said without living my eyes on my reviewer. Mas sumakit yata ang ulo ko sa mga nirereview ko nito.

"Do you believe me..." he hesitantly said.

I bit my lower lip. His tone was mix of defeated and bitterness. Hindi kaya galit siya sa 'kin? Gano'n ba naging cold at ka bastos ang naging reasyon ko nun?

I didn't say anything. Nagulat nalang ako ng may mainit na kamay na dumampi sa naka pahinga kong kamay sa ilalim ng lamesa. Ang tahimik kong puso ay nag wawala na ngayon sa hawak niya.

Mataman kong tinitigan iyon. I didn't protested. Napalunok ako ng pinagsalikop niya iyon takot akong napatingin sa kaibigan ko na busy kausap ang dalawa. Tahimik niyang nilalaro iyon.

Nakatitig din siya sa mga kamay namin. He hold it gently like I am a freaking fragile. Alam ko, kahit hindi niya sabihin...kahit hindi niya ako direktahin. Alam kong may nararamdaman siya sa 'kin at...gano'n din ako. We never say or talk about it. I hope one day we talk about our mutual feelings. He care about me habang gusto ko naman siyang alagaan.

"Please trust me beng, please believe me." he said.

Sinubukan kong bawiin ang kamay ko ngunit hinila niya pa balik. Doon niya ko tiningnan. Now I looked his soft personality. I bit my bottom lip.

"I want to talk to you." tumitig ako sa harap.

Ayokong makita ang muka niyang halos isuko na ang lahat paniwalaan ko lang siya. Busy pa rin sila mag-usap muka namang hindi na nila kami na papansin. Jade's looked like a secretary trying to listen what the CEO said.
