"What are you going to do? No one to protect you now Kiyoko-chan." The little girl looked up squinting at the five boys surrounding her. Her glasses laid broken nearby. She did her best to keep tears from welding up in her eyes. But her eyes grew wide as someone's fist made contact with the center boy's face. He fell to the ground in an instant. The other boys ran off terrified. They dragged their unconscious friend with them. They looked as if they would piss themselves.
"Hey, are you okay?" The little girl looked up to be met with amber-colored eyes. She just shook her head to say yes. Still too scared to say hello.
"My name's ________." The stranger held out their hand to help her up. She took it saying,
"I'm Kiyoko-chan."
