i woke up to a warm breeze and sliver of light coming from the hotel window.
rolling over i saw mattia sitting on his phone.
he looked over and smiled at me once he realized i was awake.
"goodmorning amor" he smiled
"morning" i said cuddling into him
"how'd you sleep?" he questioned
"really good, i love your cuddles"

i kissed him on the cheek before grabbing my phone to check the time.
i let out a sigh of relief realizing it was only 11.
"sooo what now?" i questioned
"i mean we can do whatever, it's up to you" he chuckled
i smiled starting to think of ideas.

we got ready and checked out of the hotel, stopping at our original hotel to drop our things off.
mattia went to his room to talk to the boys for a few, so i decided to call an uber.

i smiled at the girls support not paying attention until i felt a warm pair of hands around my waist.
"hi baby" i giggled
he gently kissed my neck

"i ordered an uber, it should be here in a few"
"where're we going?"
"it's a surprise my love"
he pouted

just as i finished my sentence our uber pulled up and we got in.
i did my best to make sure mattia didn't figure out where we were going.
after a short 15 minute car ride we got there.

i guided him out of the uber and up some stairs before telling him to uncover his eyes.
"holy fuck- baby it's beautiful"
we were on top of a building, there were beautiful lights everywhere and a perfect view of the city.
"how'd you find out about this?" he said in awe
"i'm part italian" i chuckled
"when me and my cousins would come to visit italy, we were always in this area and this was one of our favorite spots" i smiled thinking about the good times
"the last time i was here was 8 years ago, but this is like my happy place and i wanted to bring you here"
he pulled me into a hug and kissed my head.

i looked at him and smiled

we sat, cuddling into each other,
telling life stories and getting to know each other more.
