Trial for the mastermind...

Y/N's POV

We headed towards the courtyard right after we fetched Tsumugi. Then we saw Shuichi with Kiibo as the Exisals and monokuma fled off. "What happened?" I asked. "Ah, yeah... were gonna have the last trial..." Shuichi said, Kiibo nodding. "Its for the mastermind so we can escape this killing game..." Kiibo said before i could ask why so i nodded and the other girls as well.

"Well then... lets go over to the trial grounds and end this once and for all..." Maki said as she pointed out at the Shrine of Judgement. We all went there and talked for a while. Kiibo apologizing and us trying to gain much hope. Kiibo also noticed the bugvac that maki is bringing.

Maki gave it to him as Kiibo said that he saw a bug and took a picture of it for us, gotta admit, this monokub is quite cute to be destroyed. Kiibo caught it in the machine and asked the kub. They were known as Nanokubs who transmits videos around the campus to monokuma.

After a while, we decided to go to the lift and went to the trial grounds. Silence filled the room as the lift went down, to be honest im nervous... what if we get the mastermind wrong... and we'll be executed except the mastermind...?

No... i shouldnt think like that! We will find that mastermind! We worked until dawn to find as much clues that we have!

The lift stop And went out of the lift and got into our podiums.

We'll end this killing game once and for all!!

Were now discussing about the clues we had about the mastermind, so far we only know about the secret room's other entrance and about the flashback light...

"Kaede...has a twin sister..?" Maki repeated what Tsumugi reported, the cosplayer nodded. "Well until her sister was taken away from her, she and her tein barely had close contacts with each other..." she explained.

"How'd you know that Tsumugi..?" Kiibo asked her, Tsumugi got startled. "Oh i read it..." she said, im kinda curious on why she got startled just by Kiibo's voice...

"The entrance to the secret room... you said there's another one leading to the girls bathroom, right?" Maki asked, me, Himiko and Shuichi nodded. "Then who used the bathroom is the mastermind, who already used that?" Maki asked as she glanced at me, Himiko and Tsumugi.

"Tsumugi did..." Shuichi spoke, Tsumugi got startled. "Wh-what!?"

"Y-yeah... i remember, Kiyo said before in the first trial that you went to the restroom right? A-and use the secret door..." i said to Tsumugi, she was shaking.

"I-i already told you! I-i just washed m-my hands!" Tsumugi protest at us. "Then how did the mastermind took Rantaro's survival perk? The mastermind wasnt hiding in the room..." Shuichi said.

"I told you im not! You gotta believe me!" Tsumugi said, her eyes were pleading to be forgiven. "Then... explain about motherkuma..." Maki then said, we looked at her.

"Wh-what about m-motherkuma?" Tsumugi asked as she shaken up. "I realized what you said... motherkuma can make another monokuma just saying 'give birth'..." Maki said to Tsumugi. "Nyeh... and we said that but you said something different..." Himiko said.

I also took notice of that last time when we tried to test it if its true. "You said 'make another monokuma' because you dont want us to know you were right...? Because if you said 'give birth', another monokuma will be made...." i said to her.

"Your mistaking! Im not the mastermind! You guys gotta believe me! Ill even prove it by saying it right now to motherkuma!" Tsumugi shouted at us. "Nyeh, motherkuma's destroyed... you cant prove anything to us anymore..." Himiko said, Tsumugi's eyes widened as a few tears streamed down.

"Then its settled then... Tsumugi's the mastermind..." Kiibo said. "I cant believe you Tsumugi! We were friends!" Himiko shouted, Tsumugi got startled. "I-i tell you im not-" Tsumugi's protest got cut off by me. "M-monokuma...st-start the v-voting... w-were ready..." i said to him. "Its now or never monokuma... this ends now..." Shuichi added up.

Monokuma sighed and let us vote, i voted for Tsumugi. Afrerwards all of our votes are on Tsumugi, but one vote on Kiibo, it might be from Tsumugi.

"Ah-hahaha lets see if your correct!!" Monokuma announced as the board was brought up and the vote wheel popped up and started spinning.

It kept on spinning...

And on spinning...

And on spinning...

Then it got slower...

And slower...

And slower...

And-

*CRASH!*

"Oops! Ah-hahaha we dont need that!" Monokuma said, it startled me when his hammer broke it. "Nyeh... what do you mean...?" Himiko asked, slightly confused. Silence was introduced.

"Well..." monokuma lowered his head, i was shaking because he'll be the one who'll tell us who's the mastermind...

"Youve got it all wrong ah-hahahaha!!!!" He shouted as he laughed. My heart suddenly dropped.

N-no... w-we got it... we got it wrong...? How...? All of the evidence was pointed... out to... to... to Tsumugi Shirogane... the ultimate cosplayer...?

"I told you guys..." Tsumugi said as she looked down, disappointed. Himiko lowered her hat, Kiibo looked down and Maki bit her thumb. I was trembling because weve got it wrong...

"Were gonna get executed..." Himiko said, she started to cry. "Why!? Who is the mastermind!!" Himiko shouted as tears escaped her eyes. "Hey... who ever the mastermind there just show up!! Or ill find you!!" Maki threatened.

"Shuichi... what-" i looked at Shuichi, who's head is looking to the ground. "Shuichi... you... you alright..?" I asked him, then his shoulders moved. "Whoa Shuichi! Whats..." Kiibo was lost at words when Shuichi trembled a bit.

"We failed... were getting executed..." he said as covered his face with his hands. "We know that... now why do you think Tsumugi was the mastermind..?" Maki asked.

Shuichi didnt reply. Silence was introduced again. "You guys are a bunch of idiots..." he said, i got startled. "Shuichi! Huh..?" I was lost.

"Wanna know who is the mastermind... i mistaken Tsumugi... sorry..." Shuichi asked, all of us nodded then his hands moved away from his face, his eyes closed.

He grinned. "Ahahah...ahahaha....ah-hahahahahahaha!!!!!" He laughed like a maniac. All of us got startled. Then he placed his hands on the podium and looked at all of us. His eyes shot up, it glowed pink and suddenly turned red...

Wait...

"Im the MASTERMIND!!!" Shuichi shouted.

Mastermind...!?
