With a twisting doorknob and the newly familiar girl at the doorstep, all eyes are darted to her.
Naih ignored the constant uncomfortable feelings and remained calm as she made her way to the vacant seat at the very back.
Her eyes are all darted to the monitor in front of her, fingers busy as she logged in with her student ID.
The sound of the chair being dragged back beside her and a figure seated on it caught her attention.
"I see you're new." the guy said, and his eyes trailed at the name badge.
"Rui Jiah" he continued.
The sound of her new name is quite unfamiliar, but she brushes it off, knowing that this guy won't even buy it.
"I bet you didn't know who I am." he said again.
Naih ran her fingers on her hair in annoyance as she felt his eyes on her; she knows who it was.
"I'm Lee Donghyuck" a hand is outstretched in front of her, but she just looked at it, and to him, and to the hand again, then back to the monitor.
Her silence brought Donghyuck in an annoyed laugh. He laid his back on the comfortable office chair.
"I bet you already know who I am."
Naih shrugged and patiently waited for their professor, silently.

The bell rang, indicating that the class had ended. Naih groaned as she sat straight, her eyes puffy as she just woke up—yep, she just slept the whole time.
"Be thankful that I told him you were sick; that's why you're sleeping." A manly voice brought her to reality.
"You're welcome, babe." he winked, making her scoff. She has now completely woken up.
Naih's eyes trailed to the boy as he hurriedly went out of the lab.
"Hi?"
"Hello," she answered without even looking at who approached her, as she's busy putting her things in her bag.
"Umm, Rui Jiah?"
She turned to face the owner of the lady-like voice, her brow raising to her unfamiliar face.
"What?"
"I just want to ask if you're in a gang."
"Why?"
"I actually adored you back there. GOT7 is one of the strongest gangs around here."
GOT7? Who are they?
"Ahh, that shitty guy? Strongest? You got to be kidding me." she said, realizing who she's referring to.
"Mhm, that's why I'm really shocked to see someone like you beating him."
Naih's face turned serious at the words she said—someone like her.
"What do you mean someone like me?"
"Oh, I didn't mean that negatively. You know, someone innocently looking, petite, but can knock a guy out in one blow. You inspire me." she smiled, revealing her cute gummy smiles.
Naih's lips formed a smile, and he nodded, getting up.
"What's your name?"
"Jennie, Jennie Kim"
"Oh well, Jennie, dear, nice meeting you. I got to go."
"Wait!"
A hand gripped her wrist, making her turn back.
"I want to ask if you want to join us."
"Join you?"
"Blackpink. All girl gang?"
Oh, so she's in a gang.
"I'm sorry, I don't want to be associated with anybody."
"Oh, but what about hanging out?" Jennie wasn't able to continue as the girl rushed out of the lab.
"Jennie, what's taking you so long!" her friend Lisa stomped towards her.
"Rui Jiah"
"Who's that?"
"I don't know. She looks familiar."
"Maybe we fought her once."
"Maybe, not sure."
