A month passed like a year to Jisung. His eyes landed on his faded scar on his abdomen while taking a chilly shower before coming back to school.
A month passed, but despite the throbbing pain he felt when Naih's knife dug into his skin, he can still feel it all. But due to his unexplainable feelings, he can't turn her over; he wants to face her himself.
"Fuck why," Jisung mumbled as the cold water ran to his hair, flowing from his face down to his whole body.
His wound is fully healed; his heart and mind are not.
Feeling frustrated, he twisted the shower off and quickly continued his morning routine.
"Are you sure you're coming back?" Donghyuck asked, surprisingly in a soft tone.
"Yeah"
"Are you fully healed?" Renjun asked with the same attitude.
"Uh yeah?" Jisung eyed the two confusedly due to the sudden change.
The two looked at each other and went back to the confused Jisung.
"We're sorry"
His eyes widened to the sudden words, as it's his first time hearing that coming out of their mouths in his whole 18 years of existence.
"Don't look at me like that, like I'm not a human." Renjun hissed and slid inside the car.
"Mark hyung told us to be nice to you and that you're suffering from those so-called feelings of yours." Donghyuck rolled his eyes and tapped the boy's shoulder.
Jisung stood there frozen. His feelings? What feelings?
"We're going to be late, Park Jisung!" Jaemin's voice woke him up, and he quickly slid beside Donghyuck, then closed the car door.

Yangyang slid his phone back to his pocket after a minute of Naih not replying.
She basically threatened Yangyang to set her contact name as Rui Jiah; he was not even surprised.
Yangyang's eyes narrowed as he saw the group of familiar boys walking towards him. He didn't break his gaze as he met Jisung's.
Oh, now he's back.
Several murmurs also started when Jisung walked past them; probably it's his first time to show up after a long month. However, the real cause was not unlocked and will never be. Taeyong just handed Jisung's teacher a letter saying he wouldn't be able to attend class for a good month due to his health issues.
Yangyang's fist balled up in habit as his blood wildly flowed, itching to gang up on Jisung, who's literally the reason why Naih is not being herself.
Since that incident, Naih is somewhat horrified to touch or even look at her knife. Yangyang was the only one who cleaned it and carefully hid it in his room, per Naih's instructions.
As much as she wants to further practice her assassination skills, she was completely messed up and is now absent for the whole week, which makes Yangyang jump to the conclusion that she's somewhat attached to Jisung or something, but why and how?
His deep thoughts came to an end when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He immediately shoved it away out of shock, and there he met Jisung's eyes, which made him scoff.
"What do you want?"
Jisung stared at him for a few seconds, then looked around the area.
"Are you alone?"
"Yes why?"
"Where's Naih?"
Yangyang gritted his teeth at the sound of her name being called by an enemy.
"She's not here, and I'm not telling you where she is." Yangyang bumped past the boy, but he was quicker to run in front of him, making him stop.
"What now, Jisung!"
"Perhaps she's okay?"
"What kind of question is that?" Yangyang's brows knitted, not actually catching the idea why this boy—a Neo—asked if Wayshien was doing okay.
"Uh, never mind" Jisung awkwardly said and turned back.
"Don't ever tell me that you messed up your feelings with her because..."
"I'm not feeling anything!" Jisung cut off while facing him again.
"Then she's not your concern!" Yangyang was the one who turned back and sighed. "And yes, she's fine, I guess." he then stormed out of nowhere, just hoping he wouldn't bump into any Neo again, especially Jisung.
