Chapter 7

"Uum I'm going to the party now."

Ranveer was sitting on the couch watching TV as their hotel room had a huge TV.
Lakshmi got ready for the party but Ranveer still didn't want to go.

"Are you sure you don't wanna go"

He looked at her .
"Yep l don't have time for childish things Lakshmi"

"Ok .Bye then "

Lakshmi took a taxi to the beach and arrived at the place where the party was being held.

Camille the woman at the beach greeted her .

"Oh Lakshmi you made it.Were is your husband"

"He refused to come "

"Oh .But anyways enjoy yourself."

A lot pple came to the party.
There were a lot of activities .

Just then Diego came to Lakshmi.

"Hey beautiful"
She looked at him.

He looked like he was searching for someone.

"Where is your husband.aah he didn't come l see.You know l knew it from the beginning that your marriage is fake ."

Lakshmi looked at the guy .He was looking at her weirdly.

"Uum I'm just gonna go somewhere .Exc----"

She was cut off by Diego.

"How about we go to a hotel after this party .Your husband won't find out ."

Lakshmi slapped the man on his face .Then ran out .
She could tell he was following her and was very angry .

She then came to a dead end .

She was now breathing heavily.

Diego neared her a smirk on his face .

"I got you now "

"Stay away from me . Or"

"Or what .No one is here to help you .It's just you and me ."
He laughed .
He walked towards her until she hit a wall .
He caged her .
Lakshmi screamed and he blocked her using his mouth which she bit.

He screamed as blood oozed out of his hand .

"You gonna regret this "

He slapped her hard and she fell down .
The pain was too much . Lakshmi touched her head .She felt a warm liquid.
Blood .

Diego neared her and pushed her on her back.
When he was removing his belt he was thrown to the wall and collapsed that second.
Lakshmi could not see who it was since was nearly unconscious.

A dark figure came and held her.

"Lakshmi !. Lakshmi do you here me"

It was Ranveer .
"Ranveer?"

That's the only word she spoke  before she passed out.

Beep .Beep .
Lakshmi woke up with a head ache .
She touched her head and there was a bandage .

She looked around the room .She was in a hospital.
How did she get here.

A nurse entered the room.

"Oh Mrs Singh you're awake .Finally "

"Uum nurse what happened to me "

"You hit your head hard and was unconscious for three days ."
 
She remembered.
"Ranveer .Uum nurse where's my husband"
