Third Person POV:

Jason woke up next to Piper. Her choppy hair had gotten longer, and was sprawled out over Jason's chest. Jason found himself starting at her. The way she breathed, the little inhale through the nose and the puff through the mouth, was absolutely adorable to Jason.

'Oh Pipes, I have to go. There is a meeting.' Jason sadly said to himself.

He reluctantly got up, left Piper a little note to his whereabouts, and headed out to the bathroom. He brushed his teeth and changed. Jason was upset to hear that the cruiser was running low on fresh water, and therefore, he couldn't shower until nightfall.

"Jason? Where are you going?" Piper asked from behind the wall.

"A meeting Pipes. The Resistance has new information about the enemy that attacked Camp."

"Ok Jason. I've been thinking about this but- I just- I don't know. Maybe it's best if we take a break from our marriage."

Jason was shocked. This was out of nowhere. They had been together for 4 years, were married, and had a child. Jason's eyes started to tear up at these words.

"Li-like a -d-d-divorce?" he asked, on the verge of tears.

"Yes Jason. We both should take this time to focus on ourselves. We are fighting for the world and if we lose each other, then it may be less traumatic."

"Piper, that may be the stupidest thing I've ever heard. If your not happy with something then we can-"

"NO Jason! You being out there is going to bring our family harm! Bring HALIEY harm. I won't let that happen." she screamed, letting it all out.

These words hit Jason like a ton of bricks. He felt as if his very soul was being ripped from his chest. He was suddenly hit with a flood of memories. She couldn't leave him. She promised she would never leave him.

"Then I guess your vow's were lies. I guess the years spent together meant NOTHING. I GUESS HALIEY IS BETTER OFF WITHOUT ME ACCORDING TO YOU!" Jason cried back. "Piper, please, lets work this out!"

"No Jason, we can't. It will only put Haliey in danger."

Jason rushed forwards and dropped onto his knees. He had nightmares of Piper leaving him. She couldn't break him like this. Tears began to flow down Jason's face. She couldn't leave him. He needed her.

"Piper, please, I need you! Your my life, my breath, my everything. I would do anything for you! I would give my life before you and Haliey got hurt. Please Piper! We need to work this out!" he said crying.

"I'm so sorry Jason, but it's best."

With that, Piper turned and walked out of their bathroom, leaving a shattered Jason behind her. Jason played with the ring on his finger, remembering the day he had proposed to her. How she promised never to leave him.

'Well, I have to get to the meeting. Maybe it will take my mind off of this.'

Jason got up, took one look at his ring, and for the first time, took it off. He let it fall to the floor.

"Goodbye Piper. I just want you to know I always loved you, and I always will." With this, Jason turned and walked out of their room, tears flowing down his face.

*Line Break*

"Dude, where is your ring?" Percy asked.

"Perce, I'll tell you later."

Percy got the hint and stayed silent, and they made small talk until Leia stepped upfront, ready to begin the meeting.

"Good morning, Hero's, Gods, and Demigods. Today, we have received vulnerable information about the enemy."
