I thought about something, the best feeling in the world is to wake up in the morning and see your loved ones around you. It's so sweet to say you love someone and they say it back. That one feeling that you feel the connection, sensation, desire, lust.

All these words makes up love.

My Nigerians parents always told me no matter who you are, nobody is greater or better than you except from God.

That one sentence made me get good grades from my nusery and primary schools. Now I'm in secondary school, just a young girl in JSS2.

I wake up by 5:30am by a ringing alarm. Yes, I wake up extremely early, cutting me from my wondrous dream of strawberry icecream. Kaii...I almost got a taste of it.

I forwarded to my bathroom door and opened it. I went over to the wash-hand basin to brush my teeth. When I'm done, I go into the hot shower to have my bath. I rub my face soap on my face with a face scrub.

But there's something bothering me, as if a demon is watching me around the bathroom. I quickly rinse my face leaving soap in my eyes and I yelp in pain..ouchh...why naa.

When I rinse again, I look around and see nothing. I silently start praying that Satan is not around me. This always happens to me when I'm bathing in the evening or early morning.

I don't even understand oo..

20 minutes pass and I'm out of the bathroom. I wear my dark blue uniform. It's so cute(the uniform is above, at the beginning).

I package everything I need for school and head downstairs. It's already 6:30am. I greet dad who is already seated in the sitting room drinking his medicinal tea. Only God know what he puts in it.

"Daddy migwò" (migwo is an Urhobo greeting which means > I am on my knees< signalling you have respect). I kneel before him and wait for his response.

"Vrendo " (vrendo is also an Urhobo greeting which means> oh..my child stand up< signalling that the elder has accepted the greeting). I quickly stand up.

"How was your night" he says. My dad has always been there for me. Even though we lost mum, he still stood his ground as a father. He's working at the house of assembly which is located in Asaba, delta state.

"Very fine daddy" I smiled at him and he smiled back. Leaving him in the sitting room to go check on my 5 years old brother. I bet nnena has taken care of him.

I head to the room to see nnena putting on yenrovwo's school shirt. Nnena was our housegirl..but I always treated her as if she where my sister.

"Yenyen how are you" I run over to him and hug his tiny body, he hugs back.

"I'm fineee.." he squeals in joy. Whenever I see him, I think of mum...he never got the chance to see mum. She died when giving birth to him. Luckily, yenyen survived..he won't feel the pain now..its later, and that's just the worse.

"Do you want to drink pap this morning" I ask..he loves drinking pap alot.

"Yessss...but..but only if you put ppllentyy sugar and milk" he claps his hands and licks his small mouth stealing a glimpse of his no pair of incisors.

"See your mouth like you will want plenty sugar and milk...common wear this your trouser jare( your saying you want plenty sugar and milk..quickly wear your trouser)" Nnena said slapping his butt lightly making yenyen to laugh.
