Saturday morning, the Winter Soldier Actor was seen strolling around Brooklyn with a mystery woman. Multiple sources say they are dating and have yet to come out to the public. The woman, unnamed, seems to be much younger than Stan. Thousands of fans speak out about the pictures. They were also spotted last Monday when the two went out for a early morning run. Could this be the start of a new celebrity relationship?
