"Ang tagal mo naman Kuya! Kanina pa ako naghihintay sayo!" reklamo ni Kei nang makita ako.

"I'm sorry Kei, na distract ako."

"Babae na naman!?"

"Ikaw talagang bata ka."

Naalala ko tuloy ang nangyari kanina.

I was impatiently waiting at the waiting shed outside the airport for my brother. While I'm using my phone and scroll through instagram, I saw something that caught my attention. It was a girl kasama ni Trisha, my cousin, sa post niya.

It says 'see you soon. Imysm~<3'

She's cute. Inangat ko ang ulo and there I saw a familiar woman across the road wearing a white crop top, cargo shorts and black shades. It's a very basic outfit pero ang lakas ng dating niya. She's hot. Exactly my type.

While my eyes are following her being confused of where she's going. I just realized I think she's the girl my cousin post a while ago. I'm not certain. Wala naman mawawala if I ask her. And I should get her number and name from my cousin. Tumayo ako at lalapit na sana sa kanya.

When she's about to cross the road but I saw a car coming close. Fuck. I was about to run towards her when the car stopped abruptly. She was startled and she stumbled on the ground.

My feet were glued to the floor when she suddenly stood up and slammed the car's hood. She made a scene until the person inside stepped out. She looked surprised and suddenly hugged him.

'Ah may jowa na. Of course. Men will go on their knees for a beauty like her.' I mentally said. Ignoring the heavy feeling in my chest.

Trisha, my cousin, invited me to drink with her and her friends. They're going to celebrate her friends arrival.

Pagkatapos ng trabaho ko dumiretso na ako agad ako doon. When I arrived at the club it was filled with sweaty bodies and loud music. I made my way through the crowd. Pagdating ko sa room timing kasabay ko sila Hunter.

My eyes scanned the room and it stopped at the woman in red sitting on the couch. She was the girl at the airport and I'm right! What a coincidence.

My cousin introduced them. So her name's Serynah. Suits her. I can't help but stare at her. She's smiling. I can't believe that she's much more prettier up close.

Na notice ko na katabi pala niya jowa niya. Si Tristan. My mood turned sour.

The whole time habang umiinom kami ay sumusulyap ako paminsan minsan kay Serynah habang kinakausap niya jowa niya at mga kaibigan.

Her laugh is music to my ears.

Tumayo siya at sinundan si Trisha sa dance floor tumitig pa rin ako sa kanya hanggang nawala na siya sa paningin ko.

It's only Tristan, Aleah and I are left here. I took a sip of my drink. Napansin kong tumabi si Tristan kay Aleah at nag-uusap sila.

I was left dumbfounded when they suddenly started to make out. Wtf. Is Tristan cheating on Serynah with her best friend?

Though I don't know her well I felt bad for her. I want to punch him in the face right now. Wait. Baka di sila mag jowa? They didn't confirm anything at walang sinabi si Trisha sa pag introduce kanina.

This is my chance and I'm taking it. Well... If they're really together then Serynah will be able to get back at him.

'If papatol sayo yun.' My conscience implied.
