Dear reader, 

This story will be a little different from the things I usually write. You see, when I was in 5th grade I had this idea of creating an account where people could share their stories anonymously. We were a group of 7 people, who were certain that even though the world was broken we could mend it through the power of stories and empathy. Sadly, the account never got many followers and I dropped it but now I want to use that idea to fuel this new novel (the account is still there if you want to check it out). Still, I want to continue the idea so if you would like for me to publish your story anonymously as part of the story you can just comment below or send it to my messages. It can be anything from a poem to a simple paragraph, but for your safety please do not share your name or place of residence.

I know sharing your story may take a lot of courage, but I have always found writing about my story extremely therapeutic and I believe in the powers of words. You never know who might need to read your story to get a little more fuel to keep going.
