"Are you all done? Shall we read your letters out loud?"

Namjoon heard protests coming from all directions while they continue to scrabble on their sheet of paper

"No! I'm sorry hyung but I'd prefer it if we didn't have to read this out loud, more so on camera."

Before Namjoon could reason out or have any say against Jungkook's very audible protest, their Director spoke up.

"Okay, that's alright, Namjoon-ah. I'll get the staff to read it to you individually after."

Relieved sighs can be heard right after they had heard including Namjoon himself. As a leader he made sure everyone else's wants were met before his so he was just secretly hoping they wouldn't have to read the letters aloud for everyone to hear let alone on camera. There are rather personal things he'd want to keep between him and the person he was giving a letter to, that person being Jin.

And that thought is especially shared by Jungkook.

Before they left this morning to film, Jimin and Jungkook had been cuddling in the younger's room all sweet and lovey until Jungkook had once again brought up the topic Jimin avoids as much as possible. It's been almost 5 years and they are yet to name their relationship. They showed all the characteristics a couple would but it takes two to be called that, and one still refuses to name what they are.

Telling the members is no longer a valid excuse, they've told them right after they came back from Tokyo.

So, when Jungkook got up from said cuddling and quietly stormed out the room without a single word, all Jimin could do was release a heavy sigh.

If he was in Jungkook's place he'd be upset as well. To be honest he didn't know why he prolonged this matter for so long, he just thought it was better for both of them, for everyone. But the younger has been waiting patiently for years and years now and it only hurt him slowly through the years.

So here they were now in the familiar studio built to be the cosiest copy of what a great home would look like, but Jimin felt nowhere near comfortable. The younger had given him the silent treatment ever since this morning and he has no one else to blame but himself. He even tried to make him smile or laugh like he normally would, joking about his balloon decorations while he was icing the cake with Yoongi, but all he got in return was a look. A pretentious smile hinting at his eyes.

When they gathered again after cleaning the mess of what was supposed to be a clean meal, to Jungkook's distaste, he was told to sit next to Jimin.
Of course.

Being in camera for 7 years definitely came in handy when he had to act like he wasn't disappointed in Jimin. On the other hand, the older had hoped that the other's laugh, smile, and words were genuine but he knew Jungkook, he won't just let a matter go that easily without getting a proper reasoning. Which is also why Jimin has to pretend he was okay, this taking a toll on the rest of the members. There was obvious, thick tension in the room despite the joy on their faces.

It's very unhealthy to do such things on their job and the younger almost feels nauseous from it.

Just then Jungkook had to think of something he was sorry for towards Jimin. Just when Jimin couldn't get any guiltier.

"Didn't i tell you this?"

"What?"

"On a rainy... we fought."

Jimin started to burst into laughter, throwing himself in anything and everything including the sofa in the middle of their studio. However, this was more of a mask to hide his guilt. While he refused to confirm their relationship, Jungkook still carries the burden of that day even though the cause of the fight was still of Jimin's doings. Jungkook has done nothing but take care of him and in return he can't even do the one thing the younger has always asked of him. One thing.

A series of questions suddenly hit them and Jimin was forced to share this rather vivid memory of the start of their.... relationship.

He continues to explain how the events played out but Jungkook could only smile in return, say a few things here and there while the members cringe at how it sounded like a scene from a drama. Even Jin and Tae who had witnessed.

After a rather tiring round of questions, it was finally coming to an end, they were told to write letters to each other. The younger had purposely chose Jimin and made sure he'd pick him, it was the only way he could think of to let the other know how heavy his heart feels regarding this matter. Not long after they were bidding their 'see you next time' and 'thank yous' finally ending it off with a load of 'borahae'.

After hearing a loud 'Cut' somewhere in the studio, Jungkook had immediately stood up. He wanted to leave and go home, he wanted to rest, he felt like he was gonna collapse anytime soon from all the energy he used up. He hated this.

After hearing the heartfelt letter from Yoongi, he was definitely feeling a lot better. The letter consisted of the older saying everything will end up in their place somehow, that he's way stronger emotionally than what they give him credit for and that he loves him. For the first time that day he had a genuine smile on his face. He made a mental note to himself to thank his Yoongles later on.
