"A woman needs only two things in life: a black dress and a man who loves her."Coco Chanel
- Ready?
I looked at him and gave a nervous smile, shaking my head. He smiled and placed a kiss on the tip of my nose.
- Now, come on. You're brave.
I reluctantly agreed and sat next to him at the table. In front of us the table was set for breakfast. He then triggered the camera and took a selfie of the two of us together. He opened his page and posted the photo with the words:
"- Good Morning."
I must admit that Cary was somewhat economical in terms of the reach of a celebrity.
The reaction of the fans was like a powder streak. Within seconds the post received countless comments, and most of it was: "-Who is she?"
I started to feel a little more relaxed. After all, nobody knew my name, so my identity was safe for now. How naive of me.
It didn't even occur to me that in college there could be a large number of Thomas fans and the series in which he participated. Soon, someone recognized me, and of course not only divulged my name but also my phone number. My social network, which was used only to communicate with my friends in Marseille, was suddenly assaulted by a hundred number of friend requests. The phone started ringing nonstop, and I only had time to call Sophie and Shannon before I hung up.
I looked at Thomas, he was calm reading the messages.
- Will I ever have that balance? - I thought.
- Now it's done. - He said smiling at me - It wasn't as bad as you thought it was?
- No, it was not. But to maintain my sanity, I will keep my cell phone off.
At night we were relaxed after making love in a long and tender way. I was lying on his chest and he was stroking my hair.
- If we continue like this, I will be an old gray man at our wedding. - he joked.
I lifted my head and kissed his lips lightly.
- You're in great shape, Mr. Morgan.
-"And speaking of marriage," he said, "how about we set the date for the summer?" I would not like to wait that long for us to get married, but you have your end of semester exams, and we are finishing the season of the series. If it were up to me, I would go to the first registry office I found tomorrow morning and we would be married. But you deserve a wedding with all the rituals that the occasion requires. Would you like a grand party? With many guests?
- If you don't object, I would like something simple, just for our family and friends. It could be in the garden. Ah, your mom called me last week and made me a request. Let our marriage be made official by a priest. I agreed. So Mr. Morgan - I kissed your neck - you better be honest with your vows.
He touched my chin and I looked up at him.
- I made my vows to Him the day you played for me.
I was almost asleep when I remembered something.
- Tom, what do you think about turning the annex into a guest room? I invited Sophie and Shannon to be my godmothers, and I would like you to stay here.
- Yes, great idea. If you need an architect, talk to Tessa. he replied hoarsely.
In view of the events of the previous day, I thought it best not to go to college at least until the media had another more important news. I only turned on my cell phone in the afternoon, and there was a flood of messages. An e-mail from the bank caught my attention, a substantial amount had been transferred to my account. "Depositor: Thomas Morgan." As it was likely that he was recording, I sent a message.
