Katsumi woke up to the sunlight streaming through the misty white curtains that framed her window, she let out a quiet yawn and rubbed at her eyes. She blinked sleepily as she gazed out the window, admiring the pretty forest scenery that filled her vision. She sat up quickly, letting out a surprised squeal as the memory of last night flashed behind her closed eyes. Katsumi's fingers touched her lips, Yuki kissed her... She kissed Yuki... SHE HAD HER FIRST KISS! She flopped back down on her bed, a giddy smile spreading across her face. She rolled over burying her face in her pillow to let out a squeal, kicking her feet excitedly. A knock on the door had her frozen, she looked up her cheeks turning red.
"C-Come in," she stuttered. The door opened, and a familiar bundle of grey hair peeked in. Katsumi perked up, her bunny ears popping from her head.
"Good morning," he called to her smiling brightly. She crawled out from under her blankets, and hopped into his arms.

"Yuki! Guten morgen, mein lieber!" Katsumi chirped, nuzzling her head into the crook of his neck as he held her in his arms.
"Mein lieber?" Yuki questioned, tilting his head as he looked down at her.
"My love," she informed him sheepishly. She had been so excited to see him, she had forgotten which language she was speaking. He smiled down at her, his cheeks tinting pink.
"We're going down to the lake soon, so hurry and get ready." She nodded quickly, squirming in his arms.
"Yuki... You need to let go if you want me to get ready!" Katsumi whined, pouting up at him. He laughed, giving her a quick kiss on the lips before letting go and excusing herself from the room. She stared after him, grinning at the closed door before her. She quickly readied herself, and made her way downstairs.

"Are you two ready to go?" Yuki called, turning to look at the two girls who talked quietly among themselves. They both look up, their eyes sparkling.
"Yup! We're all set!" Tohru called, as the two girls make their way over.
"You're going to the lake? Try not to fall in Kyo." Shigure remarked with a smirk, looking over his shoulder at the four teens.
"Like I would!" The ill-tempered cat shouted, bristling at their elder cousin.
"Well, we're going. See ya later Hari!" Katsumi called, bending down to look at her favourite elder cousin. Katsumi paused, her hair falling into her face as she gazed down at Hatori in surprise.
"Is the good doctor taking a nap?" Shigure asked her, making her look over her shoulder with a gentle smile.
"Yes," she whispered, "a well deserved one."
"Huh. Hatori actually sleeps?" Kyo remarks, poising a hand on his hip.
"Naturally. People tend to die without sleep, you know." Shigure declared, with a ridiculing tone in his voice.
