One day I woke up.

To the spirit of the universe.

Sitting up in my room.

I looked expecting a wise verse.

But stared back at me saying "Whom
Am I?"

I closed my eyes, going to a place I could only be.

In this place, there is only me.

In this place, only I can see.

In this place, only I can be.

Me.

Do I believe in me?

Do I take care of me?

All I really need is me.

Show me something new.

Show me all the things I can do.

Can you take me to where I never been?

Show me something new.

Can you show me the things I've never seen?

Show me something new.

Can you take me so far out to the wonders never seen?

Show me something new.

Can you empower me to be the very best?

Show me something new.

All it takes is the choice to be and become brand new.
