Im so sorry for what's about to come.

Annabeth woke up from her bed and sighed. She put on her fake smile and went about her chores. She then proceeded to wake up our children and get them ready for school.

She made blue pancakes for breakfast. My favorite but did not leave anything for me.

She then walked them to the bus stop and waved until the bus disappeared. She then went back to our house and rested her head on the door. She sighed again and opened the door. She then went inside.

She then proceeded to sit on her bed and buried her head in her arms and sobbed.

I went and hugged her from behind and she acted as if she didn't feel anything at all.

What did I do wrong this time?

After a few moments she composed herself and got up and from under the bed she took out a plain box with the symbol of Olympus.

She placed it on the bed and opened the box. It contained a few miscellaneous camp stuff like beads, swords and a few other things.

She then fidgeted with the red coral necklace that I had given her and she removed her wedding ring. Which was a simple silver band with seaweed brain written on it and near it was a heart.

She keenly looked at it and sighed and said "stupid, stupid seaweed brain" she smiled a little but that smile was quickly removed.

She then said "I love you seaweed brain" and kissed the ring and put it back on her finger. I said "I love you too wise girl" but she paid no heed to me.

She then went through the contents of the box. She looked at each item carefully like all the contents in the box were precious.

Her throat hitched on one specific item. She quickly hugged that said item to her chest and cried. It was a n orange camp shirt with a huge stain right where the wearers heart would have been.

I don't know why annabeth would hug a dirty shirt to her chest? Suddenly piper entered the room and seeing annabeth so broken she ran to annabeth and hugged her. She responded by hugging her back.

I then realized that the stain was blood. Who ever was wearing that shirt probably died in it. Why would annabeth keep a dead man's shirt?

Piper said "percy?" And annabeth nodded. What's going on? What did I do to hurt annabeth?

Annabeth said "why did he have to be such a hero?" What's going on? Piper said "I'm sorry " and annabeth said "no, don't be. It was his decision and thank you for remembering "

Ok so I forgot something. So what did I forget? Hope it's not our anniversary caus it's on my birthday and that is the most important day of the year. After annabeth's birthday of course.

It then occurred to me to check the date. I checked the date. Ah, yes. Today is the day. How could I forget today?

Annabeth sobbed harder and said "why did percy have to die?"

Yes, today is my death day and it has been 10 years since I died.

Piper said "for what its worth percy is a hero" "no " annabeth said " he's not a hero he is my seaweed brain"
