Chapter 3: The Plane Ride

*Kaitlyn's POV*

The plane ride was going pretty well so far. I took some short naps in between times, but I mostly just kept waking up because of the anxiety that kept rushing through my body just thinking about the concert that didn't even occur yet. If I'm feeling all these feels and sobs now, what about when I'm ACTUALLY at the concert? Oh gosh. The embarrassing thoughts pile up in my head and take time just to get out. Oh gosh I need to forget about that alright. But what if I do embarrass myself when I meet them? Especially in front of Rocky? Haha, yeah Kaitlyn calm yourself you better not make a fool out of yourself when meeting your idols. 

"Humph", I sighed. Sam and Riann looked at my direction.

"What's wrong Kate?", Sam asked kind of worriedly.

"Nothing, just stressing out about what I'm gonna do or say or act or wear when I meet my favorite idols", I say, taking in a deep breath.

"Kaitlyn, why are you so worried? Just act like your normal, friendly self!", Riann practically stole Sam's words from her mouth.

"I'm actually with Riann on this one", Sam said agreeing perfectly with Riann.

"Guys, you call THIS normal?!", I nearly screeched, pointing at myself.

"Hah, yep!", they both said so confidently.

"Ha, Ha, Ha", I said sarcastically, pretty much mocking them.

A few more hours past and surprising to say, but we have an hour left till we reach Cali! Oh the excitement that I felt in my veins. I asked the plane attendant for some water and she gave it to me right in a jiffy. I sipped my cold water while looking at the amazing structures from my side of the window. It was honestly breathtakingly, beautiful! Such a nice view to see from up here! It was still sunrise though, yeah, we're going to be landing at like 9 a.m. It was close to the time, but it felt like I still have to wait for another 3 hours. But thankfully, I checked my phone and saw that it was 8 a.m. so, about an hour left! I really didn't nap for too long so my eyes started getting heavy. Well just great. I'm about to land in the state of fame and I'm gonna be looking like I just came out of a garbage can. I specifically told Sam and Riann to wake me up when we're about to land though, since I couldn't keep my eyes opened for much longer. They answered back, not really caring, but at least they heard or I think they heard. Anyways, time for some sleep. Thank god we're going right into the hotel first, so I could get dressed and put my make up on, do my hair and try to look perfect for once for my idols, including Rocky. Not to sound selfish, but I want to impress him the most out of all. The concert was going to start at 3 p.m., so we had just about enough time to get ready. While I kept thinking about what I'm gonna do when I'm awake, my eyes started closing and I drifted off to sleep peacefully, hoping for the best when I wake up.
