 December 22, 1817. Monday.

That was when i was officially brought into this world, no clue of what would happen or even what was i capable of. My name is Elsa, Princess Elsa of Arendelle, heir to the throne of the kingdom of Arendelle, and this is my story.

According to my parents, during the pregnancy my mother would usually have chills and would constantly be cold. However, not even the best doctor could figure out was wrong. They were happy of course, but scared. I'd be scared in their place too, imagine spending 9 months with colds and chills not knowing what was happening. But it was all discovered the day i was born.

It was December. and Arendelle was known not only by its Northern Lights, but also by their magnificent winters. The snow was so white and there was never a big storm that would force everyone to stay inside for weeks, the small storm would only make the citizens stay inside for about 3 days and that was it. But on my birth day, the biggest snow storm Arendelle had ever seen had fallen upon the kingdom.

My mother was taken into labor at the start of the night of 21th, and being the century we lived in, the nurses and doctors did not allowed my father to come in. He was not pleased by that, and his face when telling me that story said it all.

Hours passed and day 22 was arriving. Around maybe midnight the storm had gotten more strong, something no human had even seen. But then it all stopped. The snow had began to fall slowly again. Next thing that happened, I was born.

Due to being the first child, my mother ended up passing out of exhaustion. It was maybe around 1/2am when I was brought into this world. What made everything worst was when the nurses started to panic, saying I was too pale and too cold, that was unusual, leaving of course my father very worried on the outside of the room.

They did not let him in for hours still, but when they did, father said they had a look on their faces like he would be disappointed, but he assured me when he picked me up he was the happiest man alive.

My eyes opened not long after he had picked me up, my big blue eyes stared at him and I attempted to smile as frost covered the windows. Father took my finger and it almost went blue due to my cold skin. That's something I've always had, the coldest skin of all people I'm with.

The next day when my mother woke up, they eventually linked it all together. The colds and shivers during pregnancy, the snow storm when mother went to labor, my cold and pale skin alongside my almost white hair, the frost on the room. It was all coming from me.

As time passed, they found I had a gift. The power of creating ice and snow out of my own hands. How did they know? I may or may not have freezed accidentally every single milk bottle the nurses would bring in if i touched it when mother wasn't around or was recovering yet.

According to them, my first days of life were pretty crazy, but they still enjoyed ever single second of it. I was a gift, their gift, their precious treasure. I couldn't have asked for a better family.

Well, maybe I could, and maybe I did.
