Tsukishima rolls me in the gym and we all meet the new coach, Coach Ukai. Before I know it the boys are warming up and I see that some men are walking inside. The first one hands Yamaguchi the ball, he has black hair and glasses. I mentally curse myself for not being able to do any research on these guys before the match. I roll myself over to Coach Ukai and apologize as Asahi walks into the room. I bow as much as I can as I apologize. "I'm so sorry! I don't have any information on this team yet and I can't help form strategies! I'm so sorry for not being prepared for this game!" I apologize and Coach Ukai gets flustered.

"Hey, it's not your fault! I set up this match last minute, there's no way you could've known! Besides, why are you forming strategies when you're just a manager?" He asks innocently and that's when I remember I'm not going to be able to touch the ball again in a game.

"Oh, right, sorry! I recently had an accident and I forgot that I'm not a player anymore," I apologized and he looked at me in the wheelchair. He's trying to figure out what happened to me and rather than answer him I just look up at smile before rolling away.

Wow, I am useless, aren't I? I can't even do what I love anymore. I guess that means that I'll just have to get even better at writing, then I can have a purpose.  I think glumly and I see Ukai asking to use one of our setters. When Suga volunteers I feel the rush in my veins. I want to touch the ball as much as I can. "I can't take this!" I whisper shout and I roll myself over to Kiyoko.

"Hey, do you mind if I go outside and take a quick breather? I should be back by the time they use the jump float," I tell her and Ukai is just close enough to hear me.

"Wait! How did you know that the TNA uses jump floats?" He whispers to me and I laugh at him.

"It's not obvious!?" I say and then when I calm myself down I look at the man with glasses on the opposite team. "He always asks for cover when the ball is coming towards him, indicating that he's not the best at receives. He rarely spikes the ball and when he does he seems like he's a little out of comfort zone. This means that he's most likely a pinch server. Considering the way his hand hits the ball and the nonexistent spin he gives it, he specializes in jump floats," I conclude and when I'm done Ukai looks for all of these signs in his player and he barely notices them.

"You have sharp eyes kid!" He exclaims happily before ruffling my hair and I try to straighten it mumbling about how everyone has this weird obsession with messing up my hair. I roll out of the gym and pull out my tennis ball. I roll over to a wall and start throwing the ball against the side. I caught it with ease every time and to my dismay, I saw a man walking over to the gym. He talked to Takeda sensei and then the door was closed. I sighed and returned the tennis ball before rolling myself back into the gym.

I enter the gym with a sad look in my eyes and once I see the volleyball about to hit the floor, my Lebrio days almost repeat themselves. I almost dive for it and receive the ball right back into the air where the setter is, almost. I try to stand up out of habit and I end up slipping on my cast, causing me to face plant on the sidelines.

When I get up and am in the wheelchair again, the man is jumping and I see the jump float heading towards Hinata before connecting with the floor in front of him. I see Yamaguchi staring at the man who is doing the jump float and I feel like I know what he's thinking. Yamaguchi wants to try it for himself! He wants to be able to do that too! I think and then I start going over ways I could teach the boy before remembering that I can't play.

That was when a ball that Tsukishima received wrong comes flying at my face. I attempt to do the same trick I did back at Nekoma but quickly realize that I can't jump. Instead, I use a type of receiving I leaned back on the girls' team. I throw a hand up in front of my face and as it touches my hand I push it back to Kageyama like you would a one-handed set. The ball goes crashing over to him but he's too shocked to set it, rather it hits him on the head making me groan. "Oh come on Tobio! You just ruined a beautiful receive! If you had set that we would've caught them off guard, they would've gone over to Hinata and you could've given the ball to Tanaka with relative ease! Of course, Nishinyoa-" I say only to be cut off by a glare from Daichi telling me to call him by his nickname as he did. "-I mean Noya, would've received it but still!" I say and that makes them all stare at me in shock. Well, everyone but Kageyama, who got irritated at himself for not setting the ball.
