* Azuma
* Yuma wanted to keep the rhyming of three generations
* Kazuma, Yuma and Azuma
* And also he's named after Yuma's father
* kAZUMA
* His middle name is probably Astral

Shark
* He definitely wanted to name the girl Iris after the girl he knew in his past
* The boy would either be named Nash, to separate his past and himself as Shark, or maybe even Kaito, which relates to "sea" in Japanese and is a reference to his water deck
* Could also be a reference to a certain friend but he won't admit that

Kite
* Keito
* It sounds like Kaito, his Japanese name
* It can also mean "is blessed" and that's how Kite feels to have your family

Tori
* Kazumi
* Her name in the Japanese sub is "Kotori"
* So you call your daughter Zumi for short
* It also means harmony and beautiful

Rio
* Yukina
* It means "beautiful snow" in reference to her ice/snow deck

Kari
* Haru or Haruka
* After Kari's grandmother

Dextra
* Keiji
* Keiji means "lead cautiously"
* And she was the more reserved leader of the Dextra/Nistro duo
* So she would want that for any children you have
* Thus the name
* (AkaaaAaashiIiIi)

Nistro
* Watch out before he names you daughter after an Ancient Greek fighter goddess
* You could name her Athena
* Considering he grew up in spartan city which is meant to mirror Sparta, so he's Greek
* And Athena was the goddess of battle strategy and such
* And they're both fighters
* Strong family

Trey
* All of family have traditional English sounding names
* So Arthur is a perfectly valid name
* It also ties in with the kind of history Trey likes
* The sword in the stone could count as cronomaly right?
* King Arthur legend and all that

Quattro
* Again, traditional English sounding names
* Since his name is Thomas he just changed it
* He would probably want to name your daughter after a queen
* Elizabeth or Eliza for short

Quinton
* He might want to name your son Chris
* Because family relationship and everyone calls him Quinton anyway
* Either Chris or Byron after his father

Dumon
* Ursa
* All of the Barians names come from the Ursa Major constellations (Mizar is a literal star, Megrez is similar Merag (Japanese sub for Marin), Dubhe=Durbe which becomes Dumon in English dub)
* So that's a cool little reference to that hehe

Mizar
* Mizar jr-
* No
* Alcor
* On the Ursa Major constellation "Alcor" is the star directly next to the "Mizar" one

Vector
* Ray
* It was the first name that came into his head 😔🙏
Ray
* Victoria
* It kind of sounds like Vector...
* Whose Vector, Ray?

Alito
* His name kinda comes from Alioth from the constellation
* Also his name (Alito) is Greek
* But Alioth is in reference to the constellation he and the other barians are partly named after and it sounds cool
* So, Alioth
