A chain wraped around Kaede's throat and her hands were chained to a broom. She was put in the doll house, still hanging, as Monokuma moved Kaede's body around the doll house. She was forced to sweep the doll house, while hanging to death. Once she died from hanging, the doll house collapsed on her, crushing her body.
