"Okay, they've been gone for a while now," Lisa says, "So here's what's going to happen. We go out there and find them. It's probably going to be crazy out there so you stay with someone at all times ok? Lauren and the twins, with me." Dani and Amy held hands. And Xander, Riley and Ash stood together.
They left their room to see people running away from the back of the boat and in the opposite direction, all of them trying to get to the top deck. Some were screaming, some crying, some muttering prayers. Lisa held onto someone's arm to stop them.
"Hey, what's going on?!" She shouted over the screaming people. The boy stopped, he had tears on his tanned face and was soaked from head to toe. He looked about Lisa's age.
"The boats sinking. The entire back of the boat is filled with water. I was separated from my family, I don't think they made it," He replied. Amy gasped in shock. Reese gave her friends a look. They were all thinking the same thing; if they'd have stayed in their own room tonight, they would've probably been dead.
"Ok, you wanna stick with us?" Lisa offered. The boy nodded and with that they followed the fleeing passengers onto the top deck. Almost immediately, the group were separated.
"Xander!" Riley screamed, "Shit, Ash we lost Xander!" But Riley looked down at her hand to find Ash wasn't holding it. Her head whipped around frantically.
"Ash!" She cried, her breathing becoming uneven. Suddenly a hand clasped around her upper arm and pulled her backwards. It was Lisa. The boy from earlier was with her too.
"Riley, where are your friends?" Lisa asked, holding the girl's shoulders as she shook.
"I lost them in the crowd, I-I don't know," Riley replied, "Wait the twins were with you, where are they?!"
"I lost them too!" Lisa shouted over the tremendous rain, "But don't worry I think Lauren was still with them!"

Ashley slipped on the deck and felt herself being pushed further and further away from her two friends. Tears found their way down her face, mixing with the heavy rain that had drenched the girl. The clothes she was wearing was doing little to protect her from the harsh coldness of the rain, wind and seas. She shivered because of it. Or maybe she was shaking in fear.
"Ash!" Vesper yelled, a grin spreading over her face. Ash ran into her friend's arms.
"We came looking for you guys!" Ashley shouted, "I'm so happy I found you, I got separated from the rest! Wait, where's Christina?!"
"She got pulled away from us too!" Katherine said, panic evident in her voice.

Dani screamed as she watched Amy being torn away from her and disappearing into the crowd of frantic people. She couldn't be alone. She couldn't. Just then someone grabbed her arm and whipped her around.
"I know you don't like me a whole lot right now but I'm all you've got!" Xander yelled, "We need to get to one of them lifeboats! This damn ships not gonna hold for much longer!"
"Wait where are your friends?!" Dani shouted back.
"Hopefully on one of them dang lifeboats!" Xander replied, "Now come on!" But before they could go any further, a strong wave of the sea washed over the entire top deck, causing the two of them to fall back. A blonde-haired boy caught Dani under her arms.

"I'm scared," Owyn cried, gripping onto the railing on the edge of the boat. The boat that was currently being eaten up by the vicious seas.
"Just don't let go of me ok? I got you," Reese shouted back, holding onto her sister and the boat railing for dear life.
"We're going to be alright girls, just keep holding on," Lauren tried to comfort the younger girls but the truth was she was petrified and she longed for the comfort of her sisters. A bolt of lightning struck near, illuminating the fear on the girls' faces. The girls held onto each other and the railing until the ship pressed, first up waves at forty-five degrees, and then crashed down jarring their bones. The three of them were sent flying backwards.

Amy cried heavily as she lay helplessly under a large wooden plank that had her pinned down. Everyone was on the top deck. There was no one around to hear her cries for help. Someone had passed earlier but just ignored her. Everyone was running and fleeing for their lives. Amy had never seen such panic and chaos.
Amy finally spotted a middle aged couple a little way away from her.
"Help!" She shouted. Their heads whipped in her direction and soon they were by her side dragging her out from underneath the plank.
"Thank you, thank you so much," Amy cried. The woman with dark hair and cold eyes looked fed up. The slightly overweight, bald man offered Amy a toothy smile, he had 3 gold teeth from what Amy could see.
"Of course kid, we look out for our own." He answered. Amy frowned, what did he mean by that?
"I'm Keith and this is my wife Sally," he introduced, "And if you've got no one else right now I think it's best you sticking with us."
Amy thought for a second. Almost straight away Amy know there was something off about them, but did she really have a choice? She had no idea where her sisters were or if they're even alive and she sure as hell didn't want to be alone. So, Amy nodded her head at the couple and stood up and followed them.

Christina was sent hurtling down the stairs and towards the back of the boat, where the water level was getting dangerously high. She screamed in pain as she felt something in her left knee twist. There was no way she would make it up those stairs and onto one of them lifeboats with this pain in her leg. There was not a person there that heard Christina's cries for help.
Just when she was about to accept her fate, she caught a glimpse of a little blonde girl, gripping onto a pipe, crying silently. The water was up to the girl's elbows.
"Hey there sweetie," Christina called out, "What's your name?" The little girl looked up, her eyes blood shot and her dungarees soaked in sea water.
"Leila," she sniffled.
"OK Leila, I'm Chris, I really need your help kiddo," Christina said, "You think you can help me?"
Leila nodded her head slowly and went over to Christina. Christina used the small girl as a crutch and managed to get up the stairs. As soon as they did however, there was an almighty blast and water began spewing at them from all directions. Christina held the little girl close to her as they were sent backwards. And then darkness took over.
