"Do I wanna... what?????", I ask, surprised and certain I just heard him wrong.
"Meet them! I mean, not tonight of course, but we all like meeting each other's friends... and quite honestly, Saffron, they'd love you. I can arrange for you to come over to our dorm!", Namjoon excitedly says.
I'm about to speak when Namjoon interrupts me.
"WAIT!!!! Don't answer yet! Just take some time to think about it, and in the meantime... Uh, give me your number!", he says with a big smile.
I'm confused but I comply, taking his phone.
When I hand his phone back to him, he smiles even bigger and explains.
"I'm making a group chat for us and the members so we can convince you to come meet the rest of them!", he says.
"Ohhh, okay, I got ya... Well... I better head inside, Namjoon. Thanks for the ride!", I awkwardly get out of the car before Namjoon can answer.
He opens his window and whisper-yells.
"Byeeee Saffron, we'll text you!", and waits until I disappear from sight to zoom off.
