"...Yeah I know who she is.. because I'm Starlight.", I finally say.

The boys all stare at me.

I stare back, and we just wordlessly stare at each other until a screech fills the tension filled air.

Jimin screeches and hugs/tackles me, then lifts me up in the air from excitement. As if Jimin broke the ice, the rest of the guys all surround me and start.. well.. promptly freaking out too.

Even quiet Yoongi squeezes my hand and tells me that he's a huge fan and that he would love to collaborate with me.

I smile big and look around. The love and affection I feel in this moment is unreal. The 7 biggest stars in the world, telling me.. little ME, that they're my fans..? I feel like a spoiled kid.

"Okay, okay, I know it's a shock, but let me tell you guys something!! ONE, collaborating with any of you? Hell YES, of course I'd be down! I'd be crazy not to! And TWO.... well actually that's all.", I finish, and smile so hard my face aches, in response, the guys all whoop and cheer.

While Jin, Hoseok, and Jungkook all clean up in the kitchen-- after insisting I couldn't help them at all for 5 whole minutes, the '95 liners take me to a... music room?

While Jimin just about drags me to the piano, Taehyung leisurely walks behind us.

After we all somehow sit down on the definitely longer than normal piano bench, Jimin looks over at me, his eyes twinkling.

"Saff... you've GOT to sing 'Lovely' for us. I mean isn't there even a video of Billie Eilish & Khalid reacting to your cover video??? You've got to let us hear in person!! Pleaseee?", he pleads, while pouting, and I laugh.

I touch the ivory keys then start to play.

'Thought I found a way.. Thought I found a way out.. But you never go away... So I guess I gotta stay now..'

As I finish the first part, Jimin's beautiful, raw voice fills my ears.

Serendipity.

As we're finishing up our unplanned duet, Namjoon comes in, and starts clapping.

"Whoaaa, Saff, Jimin! That was... amazing!! Saff, you were always good at singing and playing the piano growing up but... you're just amazing now...", he trails off, and I blush even more.

The guys must think I'm ill or something... honestly. I've been blushing non-stop since before lunch..!

"Thanks Joon, I really appreciate it..", I tell him.. I mean ESPECIALLY because this is RM we're talking about here.

We awkwardly sit in silence until Namjoon breaks it.

"OH!! Man I totally forgot what I came here to say! Saff, let's go play VR games!", Joon excitedly says.

I brighten up.

"Oh!!! Yesss I'd love to!.... Oh.. but do you think I could borrow someone's clothes?", I ask the 3 guys in front of me, but out of nowhere, a voice calls out.

"Did somebody say clothes??"

Hoseok majestically opens the door, and ~dances~ into the room.

"Saff, I got you!", Hoseok says to me and turns to the guys.

"You guys can go to the TV room, I'll bring Saffron after she gets changed.", he says, then without waiting for an answer, he whisks me off to his room.
