CHAPTER 25

"Would you hurry up your gonna make us late." I shout at Shanell as she looks at herself once more in the mirror. Prom is in a two hours, and we were just finishing putting the final touches to our outfits.

We spent our day off from school, going around town, getting our hair, nails and makeup for the day. The guys were waiting downstairs for us as we got ready in my room.

Quin and I were waiting at the door as Shanell stood admiring herself I'm my full length mirror.

I still couldn't believe that in just two days we were gonna graduate and after this summer we were all gonna go our separate ways.

I may not have been here at the start of senior year here, due to the fact that we only moved to LA after new years. I may not have spent my whole life here but in the short amount of time I have been here, I have made a new family. Sure I missed my childhood friends in Vegas, but I have no intentions of going back there. All it reminded me of is pain.

I look at Quin and think of the great friendships we have formed here. She became my best friend in a short amount of time but Shanell will always be my sister.

She moved from Vegas to come be here for Jackson and I. When we were leaving she got into a huge fight with her parents about letting her live with us. They said when she turned 18 she was free to do whatever she wanted.

I thought about Lyndon and all we have been through together. I know we only knew each other for a short time, but every day I am with him I keep falling harder for him. Even though it may sound cheesy I am falling and all I pray for is that he is there to catch me. I thought I was in love once but that was puppy love, I just loved the idea of being in love, but I wasn't actually in love with Mekai, that was what I forced my self to think.

But every time I thought about Lyndon he brought a smile to my face. I was in love with him, I loved every single thing about him from his amazing personality that never seized to amaze me down to his irrational fear of rabbit's.

"What's got you so smiley." Shanell says as she bumpe her shoulder with mine.

"Nothing, now that your done." I say grabbing her and Quin's arms and dragging the through the doorway. "Let's make those boys drool." I grin and let out a loud chuckle.

We make it to the top of the stairs and I stop them from going down.

"HEY GUYS COULD GET OFF YOUR LAZY ASSES AND STAND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STAIRS WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN ENTRANCE." I scream at the guys. I hear the video game they were playing pause. And footsteps making there way towards the staircase. I heard Tyler mumble a 'that's your girl.' To Lyndon. Soon they stop talking and say we could come down now.

We slowly descend the stairs with our arms still linked and make our way towards each of our guys.

I stop in front of Lyndon with a huge smile on my face. He gives me an equally huge smile showcasing his dimple that I am ridiculously in love with.

"Hey beautiful." He says as he snakes his arm around my waist.

"Oh Lord no, don't start with the fucking cheesy lines." I say with a dramatic sigh. He lets out a small chuckle. As he pulls me into a sweet passionate kiss.

"Oh, how I love you." He said as he chuckles, but his eyes widened when he realized what he said. My heart skips a beat at his words and I smirked at him."Shit, I didn-" he starts to say but I cut him off.

"Its okay Lyndon I've been meaning to tell you, I love me too." I say with a smile and give him a quick peck on his lips and pull away from him. I look around the room at all my friends as they talked too there boyfriends.

"Damon, what are you doing here." I ask when I notice him standing on the side on his phone. He looks at me then smiles.

"I waiting for my date." He says simply.

"Huh." We all say in unison as everyone turns to look at him. That is when I realized something.

"I'M SORRY I'M LATE." Jackson says as he run down the stairs towards Damon.

OMG....

He grabs Damon's hand in his and places a small kiss to the back of Damon's hand.

"We have something to tell you." Jackson says with a sheepish smile on his face.

"Since when." Jace asked looking at his best friend.

"Since sophomore year." Damon said.

"I'm such a shitty best friend." Jace says as he shakes his head. "How could I not see the signs." He says as he walked over to his best friend and hugs him. "I'm so sorry." He said as he gives him a bear hug."I'm so happy for you two." He says as he pulled both of them into a hug. We all join in except for one person.

"Why are you just standing there." I ask my boyfriend.

"Because I already knew." He shrugs.

"And you didn't tell me." I ask quite shocked.

"Not my secret to tell." He smiles.

I looked at my twin with a bright smile.

"Um Alex do you remember that time when I told you to stay way from Lyndon." Jax asks. I give him a small nod. "I said that because he caught us making out in my car once and Damon wasn't comfortable with telling you guys yet so I told you to stay way from him because I thought he was gonna expose him and I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have." He says quickly.

I pull him into a huge hug.

"Its okay, I get you were just trying to protect your boyfriend. You guys are dating right?" I asked looking at the two of them. They both give me a a nod. "Well I'm just happy for you two."

"Thanks sis." He says as he hugs me.

"Great now that the show is over the limo is here, let's get this show on the road." Shanell screams as she drags a laughing Tyler out the door towards the limo.

Once we all piled in I open the mini fridge and pull out a bottle of champagne.

"To senior year." I scream as I pop the cork open.

Everyone let's out a round of hoots and applause as we make our way to the hotel where the prom is being held.
