"The Ice Queen has returned! And she still doesn't have any feelings!" a Slytherin boy began to walk beside Malia, Dia, Bailey and Juno as they left the Great Hall after the Welcoming Feast. Bailey basically shrunk into her robes as the boy strode next to them purposefully. Juno rolled his eyes slightly at him and walked closer to Bailey, comforting her slightly. Dia simply continued to walk, responding to any dirty looks he sent her with winks and kisses. "Nothing to say, Burke? I'd say we touched a nerve but I doubt you would have felt it."
"And I'd say you had a life but you're still obsessed with me so I reckon you're still just sad, Black." Malia finally turned her head to stare at the smirking Regulus Black. Perhaps I failed to mention it, but Malia and Regulus had something of a feud going on. No spells were ever cast but the boy seemed to find joy in teasing her and Malia couldn't resist the witty comebacks that he basically handed to her the opportunities to use.
"Still in love with me, Burke?" Regulus nudged her and she finally changed her stoic expression for a second as she wiped off the spot he had touched her with disgust,
"I prefer the older model. The Black with general human decency and an entertaining personality. Do you remember Sirius? The brother with better hair?" Malia smirked ever so slightly as she heard her friends giggle behind her. She could tell by Regulus' face that she had touched on a sensitive subject but he soon put back on the mask,
"Does that blood traitor have time for you in between fucking all of his other whores?" he raised a challenging eyebrow and Bailey audibly gasped at the coarse langauge, "Actually, I'm not sure you would know, being a prude. What about you, Calippo? How many times have you let him hit it?" Regulus smirked widely and Malia finally stopped walking.
"Mals. It's fine." Dia whispered quietly but Malia spun on her heel, walking up to Regulus and looking him directly in the eyes. She faltered slightly and looked again. She almost frowned. She didn't hear anything. Shaking her head slightly she returned to the impending issue.
"I understand you're insecure about your brother being better than you. And you're probably jealous about the fact that you'll never be half the person he is. But, just a warning, if you decide to utter another word about anybody I care about I will personally shove your first so far down your throat it will come out of your priveldged arsehole." Malia's eyes narrowed and Regulus' lip curled. Her three friends behind her watched the entire thing with wide-eyes.
"I think the worst thing is that someone of your status spends your time rolling in shit with these mudbloo-"
Regulus didn't have time to finish his slur as Malia had spit directly in his face. His jaw dropped as he wiped his eyes and Malia stood expressionless in front of him,
"The thing that worries me the most is that you think you're better than someone because your family was so desperate to be 'pure' that they fucked their cousins. At least I can see how disturbing that is, you self-righteous inbred." With that Malia flicked her hair over her shoulder and began to walk away. Hurried footsteps behind her told her that her three friends were right on her tail.
